Opened up the room, toilet was plugged upon entry and wouldn’t drain. Spoke to guest services who handed me a plunger. Not impressed

I was pleasantly surprised at first but needing help from front desk early am was awful

They are trying their best to create a glowing environment for the guests. Location. Age and surrounding neighborhood are no help either is the highway next door. If I could have afforded better I would have chosen different Ng and was acceptable

Great beds and room. A bit noisy from the highway traffic but our ear plugs helped us to have an excellent sleep!

I like that they called to confirm our reservation. Also the staff at the front desk (a lovely woman) was super friendly and helpful when we checked in late in the evening on August 28 after missing our ferry back to Vancouver. This place is a great option for a quick, clean and inexpensive stop and I would happily plan to stay here again for my next Nanaimo visit.

Refused to acknowledge my ******* payment. Manager was aggressive when i asked for an explanation. He then told me to "lick the floor" twice, including in front of another manager who did nothing. No follow up by owner. Not an accommodation ******* should be associated with.

Office did not open until 9:30 a.m. not ideal when early departure is required. However, office staff was very helpful on arrival
