The best hotel with best service, clean hotel, very helpful crew. Great breakfast

Good: Brand new hotel Gym Breakfast Service overall was okay but not great Must improve: Smokers everywhere (lobby, elevator,...) English level of the front desk Rooms are not clean I booked the Deluxe Suite and I found food waste and sticky spots on the floor. International Hotel Brand but operated like a local Chinese Hotel.

We stayed in the hotel on a business trip for 3 days. The hotel is located in the stone city of China. Good to stay in if you absolutely need to stay in the area, otherwise Xiamen island is a better location to stay in. Communication was very hard with the staff as they do not understand English. Do not expect room service after 8:45pm as they close the kitchen at 9pm. The 3 days we stayed in, the minibar was not refilled not even the tea/coffee. On the first day we called housekeeping for an iron and iron board. only an iron was brought and the staff demonstrated how to iron on the bed. they also used this visit to quickly change the towels in our room while we were still using the room and washroom and did not bother to clean it up at all that day. Also, we were asked to pay a 200 USD deposit stating it was just in case there were any damages to the room or amenities. Given the room did not even have minibar items, it was funny to make such a deposit. I would not recommend the hotel unfortunately.

春節回深圳 中間休息一晚 泉州市中心這次春節酒店漲價實在厲害 以往5/600塊 一下漲到1300-1500 果斷選擇其他地方 畢竟 我就是長途開累了 中間過渡一晚 不一定要市中心 搜尋了一番 鎖定水頭鉑爾曼 一家新開的五星酒店 6/700塊錢 對比室內四星1500左右大洋 性價比超高了 新酒店 有優有劣 先説不好的 首先 一個五星酒店 大門在旁邊 很小一個 分分鐘找不到 門頭不清楚 按導航很容易和前面那個酒店弄混 定位應該更清楚 其次 早餐應該是吃過的五星裏面 算一般的 甜品真的不好吃 沙拉蔬菜品種少 麪線粉面配菜也不多 配粥的菜品也很少 雞肉腸和豬肉腸都一般 總之 品類太少 出品一般 幸好價格也就69 另外就是 空調衹有冷氣沒有暖氣 一降温 冷 然後因為生意好 備用被子竟然説借完了 給了個取暖器 然後服務員送到門口就走 插哪合適你倒是説了 除了浴室門口就是床邊 完了 床邊還有地毯 我怎敢用？ 結果就是 晚上 關了取暖器冷 開了又熱 一晚上沒睡好 再來説優點吧 做為一個五星 大部分服務是真的不錯 也都很熱情 除了給我送取暖器那個 特別早餐餐廳的 特別熱情 然後設備也都不錯 電視機夠大 全自動馬桶 房間也很大很新 新裝修稍微還有點點味道 開下窗透透就好 衣帽間浴室也夠大夠寬敞 然後洗漱用品品牌用的真的很贊 特別是洗漱間那個粧匣 好看的 就是房間咖啡用的太一般 雀巢咖啡百事的礦泉水好像 杯子倒是很好看 大瓶水收費25大洋 總體 性價比還是很高的 畢竟 5星 新開業 很多還有待改進 還是很有進步空間噠 以後有需要應該也還是會選擇 希望那時候 早餐出品能更好

非常好，這間水頭三間5星級酒店，我感覺最像5星級酒店。建議健身房開放24小時，想晚上11點運動也沒開。還有建議大堂植被最好用真的，這樣讓人感覺更好

不得不吐槽這家五星級酒店，大概衹有大堂和酒店樓的外觀符合五星級酒店的要求，服務冷淡，礦泉水衹提供2瓶，超額要付費，真是碰到頭一遭。五星級酒店沒有小童洗漱用品，房間水杯是臟的，淋浴房地上大理石條直接隨意擺放，千萬別企圖用腳給它擺正，直接會割破腳。游泳池健身房不在本樓，應該是承包給外面的娛樂中心，電梯裏隨處可見醉鬼，説是恆温泳池，實際水是冰冷的，泳池連起碼的泳道都沒有分，就像一個大澡堂，還是冷水澡堂。衝著鉑爾曼這個五星級訂的，確實很失望！
