there is bird droppings on the balcony. the table on the balcony is covered with a thick layer of dirt. if you arrive before 2pm, they will not give you a room. i heard this for the first time in thailand in many many years.The guys at the reception are very unpleasant. I went to another hotel.

The room was not clean. On the floor and under bed are dusty. The toilet has stain and not clean. The receptionist at night shift is not friendly and like he didn’t want to service anyone. Check-in almost midnight, and check-out around 9AM, just a night for business trip. Not really impressed. Last year I stayed many nights there and the room was better.

Very nice. Good facilities Nice swimming pool and room. If you take a long stay, this palce is the best. Just not of my cup of tea

Clean hotel, great service and breakfast, comfortable beds. The location is not perfect but that’s okay.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I continue to be impressed. The atmosphere is delightful, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. The breakfast offerings are also quite enjoyable. I love the easy access to the coffee shop in their lobby as I don’t have to go far when I have my matcha cravings. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.

New and very clean hotel. Should be rated as a 4-star hotel rather than 3. Staffs were polite and professional. Had a great experience here and would want to stay here again. Morning breakfast buffet was only ok and a bit on pricey side. The Thai styled “kee-mao” stir fried spaghetti was nice. Wished there were more food varieties.

1) Location of the hotel is good and centralised. 2) Room is clean and spacious. 3) Breakfast buffet provided was scrumptious and delicious with different menu served everyday. 4) Hotel is quiet at night. 5) Service provided by staff was excellent.

The hotel smells new and modern, and the greenery design is incredible, breakfast serving is typical but choices are satisfied. Overall value for money and easy access to shopping mall.
