There was security staff on each floor, which was reassuring.

因為帶娃要加床，主要看中豪華房是一室半，面積比較大選的。實際內圈房間窗是對着中庭的，等於沒有窗全室內不見陽光，衞生間有一股下水道的味道，也找不到排風開關或者説不能感受到有強力排風，湊合一晚，下次應該不會選了

酒店很新，但是酒店有裝修味道，並且面積很小，住起來不舒服，整個就是很不舒服，我覺得不值得，服務倒是挺好的

位置不錯，周圍的知名餐廳也很多，離博物館也不遠。 房間還挺寬敞的！

Had a good stay there. The receptionists were friendly and ready to assist (Beryl, Pauline,job, jacob,Charles )just to name a few. The waitresses especially Rahab and Beryl were very friendly and helpful during our 1 week stay. Would definitely be back and recommend the hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Clean and spacious room which made my stay comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. I can't forget the fitness, Asante Sana Winnie for recommending me to sauna which I really enjoyed. You were very professional and offered excellent service. I highly recommend Hyatt Regency Nairobi.

Comfortable, clean and good facilities met our immediate needs to rest after 14 hours of air travel and full day of tour sight visiting. A good hotel selection to stay. The room is spacious with big bathroom and nice hot shower, quality shampoo, conditioner and body gel. Coffee, tea and bottled water are complimentary. The dinner was superb with delicious beef, chicken and snapper well cooked. Breakfast choices to select. Meditteranean rice, local yam cake, nice sausages and bacon. Nice pastries and cookies for selection. Friendly and courteous staffs. Although it was an overnight stay, it was a warm hospitality treatment, a well deserved five star score. Cheers

The best new hotel in Nairobi westlands.The food and drinks were delicious.The security was tight.The meeting rooms ambience was great and spacious.Cant forget the great service offered by Newton,Beryl and Caroline.I will definitely be back.

This is the best to be.The hotel is luxurious the meeting rooms are spacious with great ambiance.Service offered by Newton,Very,Carol and Nyota was great always there for the guest.The food and drinks were amazing.Definitely this the best hotel.will be back soon.

Very nice hotel. Very comfortable beds. Room was clean, as was the bathroom. Everyone on-site from the guards out front to the staff inside were more than friendly and helpful. I've never experienced friendliness and helpfulness like this anywhere else in the world. A nice little shop in the lobby for snacks and beverages. The lobby check in staff as amazing, especially Ms. Hotensiah. She helped immensely to straighten out a billing issue.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night prior to flying out on safari. We arrived quite late and the staff were very accommodating if a tad slow with check in. Managed to order some drinks and sit outside. The breakfast was good and the waiters were excellent. The hotel stored our bags for our return stay and i used the laundry service. When we retuned, it seemed to take even longer to check in and then suddenly we had to hand room cards in and get another room, which took even longer. I requested another room as i found the beds very in comfortable and extra pillows, which were in the room ready. Complementary bottles of water were given and the shower worked well. I felt that the hotel was slightly out of the city, although Ubers were cheap. Being a new hotel it lacked ambience, especially in the evening in the restaurant. Very friendly staff but probably wouldn’t return due to location and beds.
