Location is great, hotel looks new and staff are friendly to assist. But even stay in non smoking floor still smell the smoke. No cold Aircon during winter season. That a challenge for me.

Pros: 1. Smart Control voice control in room to control all lights, curtain etc and the smart pad can be used to ask for water and refill of amenities 2. Robot to send any amenities and food delivery direct to your room 3. Window can be opened slightly to allow air to flow in 4. Free soft drinks and snacks in room fridge 5. Some rooms can see tianjin eye view 6. Can extend check out time to 2pm 7. Smart toilet bowl 8. Toothpaste is Ora 9. Free washer and dryer with detergent provided on level 2 10. Gym 11. Smart TV Cons: 1. Bedsheets has stain and blanket has ***** hair 2. Smart toilet bowl has a loud flushing noise 3. Window side cushion seats have stains 4. Need to walk 15min to tianjin eye

Nice and clean hotel, very friendly and polite staff. There is a nice bar in the lobby. Very big choice of breakfast for western and eastern style. This is a suite room.

Definitely gonna stay here again, tia jing it’s not really convenient but just didi it’s fine

The hotel location is amazing, it's located right next to the river, so it's very convenient to go for a walk in the evening and enjoy amazing views from the both sides of the river🌆 The hotel itself is new and super tidy, the interior is very elegant and stylish. Also, it has free underground parking, which is very convenient if you come by car. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us with all the questions. All the employees we met were super welcoming and spoken English even though we could speak Chinese. The breakfast was really good, there was variety of western pastry, fruits, salad, as well as a good choice of drinks and nice coffee🥐☕️ In overall, we really liked the hotel and would love to come there again👍

Wonderfully clean, quick service, a large variety of amenities. Car parking is adequate, no hassle. A very comfortable stay.
