This hotel I book so many times for location is very good hotel staff are very friendly I love it.

I returned for another birthday stay due to the convenient location. Despite previously mentioning a strong sewage smell, the room was good. However, I encountered another issue: the missing shower room door caused water to flow out. I appreciate efforts to eliminate the smell, but hope the hotel ensures good room conditions before letting other guests stay. Cleanliness could be improved (found pillow stains). Despite this, the hotel acknowledged my birthday with a cake and towels decoration, making it a decent stay overall :)

Great two nights stay with excellent service by Ria upon check-in, welcome us with smiling face and professional service with a free upgrade of room. Kudos to Desy for assisting us with ferry tickets and extra miles for carrying our heavy boxes and luggages upon check-out! Will definitely return to Aston for the next visit! 😊

Was celebrating an anniversary and surprised by the free upgrade. Counter staff were all very friendly. Was served by Desy and she is very helpful. They will inform you via email when your room is ready for check-in which is very helpful. Breakfast variety is good too.

Bad experience with front desk staff upon arrival... Requested for connecting rooms and already email prior to arrival still there are none available at all plus getting desk staff Kris giving a sarcastic look! Breakfast is as nightmare as the staff just let you go in and find your own seats.... It's like fighting for your own seats yourselves for breakfast! Wifi connection to TV bad, bath towels not clean as you can clearly see dark patches on white bath towels. Finally, the only good thing about the hotel luckily is the location nearby had plenty of food, rooms clean and duty manager very nice to come up to our room and apologise for the bad attitude from front desk staff named Kris.

Great location with alot of foods right below the hotel. Room kind of small but cozy.

Room is clean although a bit small as the space infront of tv a bit uncomfortable to walk through. No pool as it is a 3star hotel. However hotel’s Breakfast was good with variety of food. Food aplenty around the hotel with many choices. Massage spa too, they are several there. Managed to visit the Jabal Arafah mosque. (Always wanted to visit this mosque but not accessible) rectionists are polite and helpful. . A happy experience staying in this hotel!

Disappointed about the break fast change to other floor with out informing in advance Long queue for the lift.

Highlight of the hotel is its buffet breakfast which has a great selection in a comfortable setting. The room is clean has everything needed, bed is comfortable. We stayed at 506, a smaller room that’s street facing. Size of the room is fine for an overnight stay. The main challenge we had is noise. Music from the street went past 11pm and the next morning before 6am there is another loud speaker with dance music outside - this went on to about 7.30am. Not sure if this is a regular event though. Location of the hotel has an interesting selection of food stalls/shops. The nearby Nagoya Hill mall isn’t very accessible on foot as roads aren’ designed for pedestrian and pavements have some missing covers for man hole (not fault of this hotel - just that it may be safer to by taxi).

I recently stayed at Aston Hotel in Batam, Indonesia, and it was fantastic! The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and had modern amenities. The hotel facilities were impressive. The on-site restaurant served delicious dishes, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore Batam. Overall, my experience was delightful, and I highly recommend Aston Hotel to anyone visiting Batam.

Ok for the price. But built in 2022 expected it to looker newer but doesnt feel that new. Breakfast was nice and very cheap.
