Khách sạn vị trí rất thuận lợi, gần Nagano Station nên rất dễ đi lại các điểm du lịch, xung quanh có nhiều quán ăn, khách sạn có phòng tắm onsen trong nhà và ngoài trời miễn phí cho khách lưu trú. Buổi tối khách sạn có mì ramen miễn phí cho mọi người từ 10h. Gia đình mình sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp ở Nagano lần nữa.

It’s located at a prime location — 3 min walk away from Nagano station and 2 min walk away from the bus station. Above all, this hotel provides daily ramen noodles as supper. We were lucky to get their new year special tempura noodles. The hot spring there is also amazing

Great location, just 5 minute walk from the JR Nagano station. It has a main entrance and a back door entry way. The amenities were fantastic, room is the average size in Japan, a little small for western standards but it was comfortable. We loved the onsen on the 11th floor and the free use of the massage chairs as well as complimentary Popsicles and Soba at night. The breakfast was also lovely, with a main focus on Japanese breakfast (there were a few western dishes available).

Location is good and faciility is well set 👍🏻

First time staying at a Dormy Inn and we think it’s very value for money. Located just across the street from Nagano station. Room was a tad small but fine for just one night. There are quite a number of “extras” that the hotel provides, which was nice - apple juice in the lobby, hot spring with ice cream, and ramen for supper. Service was really good as well, the reception helped us call ahead to our next accommodation to arrange transportation.

Dormy Inn is 5 min on foot from Nagano stn. Convenience shop and Starbucks are just outside the hotel. The hotel is new, provides natural onsen, night snacks and sweet / hot treats FOC.

Great onsen (both indoor and outdoor plus sauna), scrumptious breakfast and generous portion of soba noodles for supper！Location is just across Nagano Station and it’s so convenient to find food around.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities are great, with a hot spring in the hotel coupled with nice selection of free ice cream and soy sauce noodles. Nothing but praises

The location is very good. Just 10 mins walk from train station. But the hotel staff customer service is not good as they can’t give you more details of tourism information when you ask them.

Room is small but location very convenient, love that they provide free drinks, 6 flavors of popsicles, and ramen at the different times of the day, the kids love it!

Great outdoor onsen in the middle of the city close to everywhere

PRO: - Unbeatable location, at Nagano station. Had tons of restaurants around. Close to Zenkoji temple, some parks and all the massages parlour around. - Car park available - Pretty clean by the bathroom door had some moldy parts - Amazing onsen and there is massage chairs on the same floor, one is in bad shape tho. Also you can find the ice cream - Very friendly staff CONS: - The room is a little small We really enjoyed our stay there. Friendly staff and such a good location. Would probably chose the same again if I’m going around Nagano.

Nice & cosy hotel that provides free tasty soba noodles every night. There’s also free coffee machine at the lobby. The onsen is great & there’s even free ice cream at night and free yakult drinks in the morning. We also washed our clothes using the washing machines at the onsen area. There is a charge of 100 yen for using the dryer for 20 mins which I personally feel it’s reasonably priced. Will stay in this hotel again!

Great place for solo travellers. They have humidifiers in the room which I really appreciated. And they have free ramen and popsicles for hotel guests! It’s located right beside a 7-11 store so you can just hop out to get a quick late night snack too.
