Good staff, great rate i got. Also have room service. They can improve bathrooms a bit, some taps not working properly, very old taps. Otherwise excellent place with parking, food and well behaved staff.

Had booked a quadruple room. Excellent location. Customer service received is also good. Food is not great though. Also, the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. The only drawback is that the rooms have no ventilation.

Smelly room, dirty bedsheet, not provided water, the bottle was given at the time of checkout. Early morning the birds kept by the hotel were a nuisense. Learnt not to trust mm t ratings.

The location of hotel is easy to find bcz it is near to railway station, the service is good and the staffs were really nice, it was pretty clean and hi-gene maintained, they have arranged bowl and hot water which we needed and more. Just one thing the food were decent not so bad.

Very peaceful stay, close to palace, rely station and bus stand. Hot water available 24hrs, good clean room and washroom, prompt service. Overall fine

Hotel is situated near lashkar police station, very near to bus stand (at the center of the city. 4 bed non ac room was comfortable. Very professional and friendly manager. But in his absence, other person was rude. Hot water was available only on sunny day (not on rainy day. Car parking is available only for 2 cars.

It was a wonderful experience with family, i misplaced the room key and felt concerned, but when i informed them, they handled the situation really calm, resolving it smoothly. Manager is very professional

Unclean, unhygienic washroom. Reception is unavailable all the time, though he sleeps in the next door. Management is considerate but maintainance is poor
