Communication with Hosteeva was great. Made my stay better after some concerns. Trip turned out fine.

Very clean rooms and great location . In the tower 2 we had ice machines where in the main tower they had no ice machine in the entire building so that made me like my tower even more. Clean rooms ocean front .

The 2 bed 2 bath unit was great. My only complaints would be; I wish the building had more than one elevator, and the pools were not heated, which was definitely sad, not to mention the hot tub broke two days into our six day stay. 😔

We liked everything except room key code.We got a code before we arrived,but code didn’t work,we called to the office and lady gave us a new code.After 2 days we came back from the beach and code didn’t work again,good thing I had my phone with me, If not, we would be outside with any help. So I called to the office and lady sent to me maintenance guy, I was waiting him for 15 minutes,before he came and change the code. It’s was so not convenient to stay and wait for him.I would like to have the key, not play with those codes. Area was nice, close to the sky wheel. Entrance to the building had code to, so it was safe. Room was a good size, had everything what we needed, nice ocean view from balcony. Another thing what I liked is central air conditioning system, doesn’t have a loud noise, what room conditioners have in other hotels.

I liked the location of the hotel. The indoor pool and hot tub made my kids week.

The rooms were great. When arriving the lobby was closed and coming in from an early flight there was no place for us to put out luggage. Never experienced this in any other hotel. No towels offered in the pool area and no music in the pool area. Almost to quiet. Pools and hot tubs were excellent! We did have a great vacation!

Roaches in room. Not pleasant although tried to fix with Roach Hotel box. Did not work. Still had some the next day, thankfully we checked out and will NOT be going back.

Where do i start, the room was very outdated. The furniture was dingy looking & old, they charge for everything, even down to a paper parking permit if you lose it. Found a roach in my room, the wifi ******, we couldn't get any extra towels nor blankets cause we didn't book at the exact hotel, the front desk was not helpful at all! If you did not book at the exact hotel, they didn't want to help with NOTHING! I don't know why it's call a "resort" cause nothing about that hotel was fun except the ocean view and being on the *****. The pool area was no good. The lazy river barley moved lol...I would NEVER GO BACK TO THAT HOTEL OR RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO STAY!

Convenient walking distance to EVERYTHING, nice staff, clean property and room. Would definitely stay here again
