The rooms need a face lift And the indoor pool and hot tub were discussing the indoor hot tub water was a greenish yellow colour Don't think they been cleaned or treated in 2 weeks

The view from the balcony is spectacular to see the sunrise and ocean views. Unfortunately, everything else is horrible. The furniture was torn, worn, & dirty. We improvised and bought blankets to sit on the sofas & chairs. Kitchen is gross so we didn’t use it at all. The refrigerator worked to place cold beverages. Floors require you to wear shoes inside at all times. Bathroom light leaked of water, dripping faucet, and mold looking in shower. Overall, it’s a possible room for college spring breakers but not a family or if you plan to stay /use the rooms.

We arrived on a Thursday evening for a 3 night stay and were originally assigned room 906. We discovered a water leak from under the bathroom sink area that had seeped across the foyer to the master bedroom door. Not a major leak, but one that had been active for quite some time. Upon reporting it, staff took almost an hour to decide to move us to another room. Room 1406 was better, but evident that upgrades are needed. The carpet is worn and frayed in somecareas. The leather chair and couch were "flaking" onto the floor. The TVs in the living room and master bedroom had blurry screens and the remotes missing their battery cover. One shower did not work properly and maintenance replaced the water spigot when the shower head is what really needs replaced. We had a 2 br condo that sleeps up to 8, but the kitchen that was supposed to be furnished only had 2 glasses, 4 dishes, 4 bowls and silverware for 4. The 2nd BR had mold in the HVAC vent and along the ceiling near the vent. Last but certainly not least was the "chewing" or "clawing" noise from the master bedroom wall that adjoins another room. It must be checked - if other guests then the walls are not thick enough. If animal or rodent, it needs to be gone. We did enjoy the heated saltwater outdoor pool and the heated saltwater lazy river. Both were very nice.

Service was poor mattress was really dirty, mattress from the couch was really bad really dirty my daughter couldn't sleep in there i ask front desk for clean sheets they didn't have some rooms need to be supervised for better clean

I really enjoyed my first experience in Myrtle Beach, at Ocean’s One Resort. The beach view from the balcony…..Amazing! Crack the balcony doors at night and listen to the waves crash the beach, just a beautiful experience. Watched the sun set, breath taking!

The actual room was very nice and a great view of the ocean. The friendliness and communication was poor, from the front desk staff. The grounds around the hotel, mostly the walk from the hotel to the beach wasn’t very clean, littered with some garbage and cigarette butts, and a full dumpster bin of garbage waiting to be taken away (which was there our full week)

Place was a dump. We left early because it was so run down. Water stains on the ceiling. Rips in the bed comforter, worn out carpet, bath fixtures full of rust and calcium. But the kicker was the bugs in the room. Would not tecommend. Pictures on the website are not representative of the property.

I have to be honest this place needs to be renovated, the furniture was run down, there is mold in the bathroom, and the day I arrived it was human feces in the indoor hot tub. It was disgusting. The check in is across the street which is super inconvenient, with bags. The hot tub on the right by the outdoor pool needed more water. I tried to call front desk the first night about the the feces in the hot tub and room conditions but no answer so I just hoped they cleaned it and decided to stay in the room for the duration just to not return to the hotel again! Oh no cleaning service the entirety of the stay and you gotta take your own trash out at check out 😳. There was some good points all pools were heated except the lounge pool. plenty of outdoor seating with available umbrellas! Didn’t get to crowed and and view was absolutely amazing! Outside of the hotel looks nice and modern and the hallway outside my room always smelled so good I was on the 16th floor ! They had a shallow pool with chairs in it which was neat that one wasn’t heated but it was a very good idea. Th indoor pool was nice but did have a few bugs most days but not horrible! Children’s area was nice as well. I won’t return, but hotel isn’t horrible but not great either it needs to be updated and stop the shady patch work. It was definitely over priced.

My family overall stay was great this weekend. However our 2 bedroom need updating. My sister's 3 bedroom was definitely better than ours. My only problem was we had to dump our own trash I feel like this should have been part of housekeeping responsibility.
