A lovely repeat stay. A top floor room overlooking the pool as well as the mainland Mallorca. From 1st to last the staff really looked after me. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The facilities available at the hotel are all 1st class. They have a really good thing going here and long may it continue. I am already planning a return trip for the future.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now. The area around is nice - the beach is a two minute walk from the front door, the area feels safe. The hotel is an older building, but inside rooms are pleasant, I think every one has a balcony. It has a decent pool (although I only used it once because the beach is so close). In October it’s not too busy. I stayed half board, the food is pretty decent and inexpensive, so if you choose to eat elsewhere on a couple of evenings you’ve not lost much. Staff are friendly and helpful. For the price I paid I think it’s a great hotel.

Both my friend and I were very pleased to discover that the hotel was exactly as it appeared on the website. No wheel on trees lol. It was very clean and fresh. No tired decor at all. The food was as you would expect, and being a fussy eater myself, I was more than happy with the choice. Service was very good, and the staff very friendly. We were lucky enough to have a room at the front of the hotel, overlooking the sea. Despite traffic, we didn’t find the road a problem where noise was concerned. For the resort, it is relatively peaceful - probably not for those seeking a vibrant nightlife. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a meal and cocktail. Alcudia is not far, so an option to explore. There are activities that can be enjoyed, such as a day out on a catamaran with a light lunch included. Brochures are available in reception for other activities. In all, we were very pleased with our holiday, and would highly recommend it.

This was the third time in a row that we stayed in this hotel. This time we came in October. The service was fine, our rooms were really good. The staff was helpful. Breakfast and dinner were really good.

This is the second visit I and my disabled Daughter have made to this hotel and would definitely book again. Lovely clean hotel, great facilities, relaxed atmosphere, excellent staff, nothing too much trouble. Lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and the beach is right across the road

As always a easy and quick check in, this time was the food even better than it was the last time we stayed here .Nice variation at the buffé. The room was clean and they kept it like that the whole week. This time the tent was full for the bikes so we parked them in the bikegarage at level -1.

Overall, we really enjoyed our two week stay (our first time in Mallorca);very friendly and helpful staff, good food quality and variety and excellent facilities. The reason why we did not give five stars is noise: 1. Our room faced the main street and we could not sit on the balcony during the day because of traffic noise (next time we'll request a pool-facing room) 2.The bar area is the only public room for relaxation and is very noisy, often with TV commentary, background loud music and live entertainment all at the same time

This hotel was good value for money. The bed was soo comfy. My only complaint was insufficient staffing levels. Only ever one person on reception! So checkin was extremely slow and you always had to queue for a long time even to ask simple question. Jacuzzi wasn’t heated either.

This is a lovely hotel, staff are friendly and work very hard. Rooms are modern and clean. There is lots of variety at mealtimes, only thing I missed was a vegan dessert. The entertainment was just singers each night, no animation team. Playa de muro is beautiful and within easy reach of c'an picafort and alcudia by bus. A little tip, use cards on the bus as fares are double when paying cash. We caught a bus to palma. There are frequent buses, but they were quite full. All in all we had a lovely stay, the only problem was I think we were the only British people in the hotel, lots of germans who just look through you. Didn't let that spoil our holiday though. Many thanks to the great staff .
