We would really appreciate any additional details on what could be improved or changed.As for the location, it’s a shame you didn’t have the chance to explore it fully. We’re fortunate to be in a very central area - just 7 minutes' walk from the main train station, 2 minutes from the nearest underground station, and 15 minutes to the old town. Our neighbourhood is also full of great restaurants and bars. I hope you’ll consider giving us another chance, and we’ll do everything we can to provide you with an even better experience and hopefully change your view of the location! Our apartments are made to be as a "home-away-from-home", therefore we offer our guests the same privacy as they would have in their own apartment.:) Towels are always provided to our guests and we can deliver them to the apartment anytime - we just need to get a text from you.:)We have a central heating and cooling system in our house and there is a switch that you can regulate from your own apartment - if that is not sufficient enough, we also have heating and cooling fans available - we just need a shout and we deliver:)Thank you again for your feedback!We hope you will visit us again and we can make your experience here perfect!Best from Nika and Schwan team

Phản Hồi Từ Khách Sạn: Hey hey Winki123, Thanks a lot for sharing your thoughts with us on your stay in Schwan! :) I am happy to read that you loved the design in the rooms; it is indeed a very pretty one and it gives character to the hotel overall xx As an apartment hotel concept, we strive for creating a community for our guests, especially long-stay guests, as well as providing the necessary facilities and services for them to fully enjoy their stay and have everything they need in the rooms. I can agree with you that it can be a bit loud in the terrace in the evening times, but we always take measure to not have loud guests outside after 23:00 by law.
