早餐還好，房間隔音效果好，就是房間太小了。離着展會也比較近，地下二層停車場，不過要收費，都在酒店住了還收停車費，感覺不太合適，一天25歐元。樓下就是商場，樓下超市就有兩家，很方便。離着市區8公里

학회가 열렸던 컨벤션과 가까웠고 다양하게 쇼핑몰도 있어서 좋았음 U bahn 역도 바로 앞이라 구도심으로 이동하기에도 편리함

飯店位置很好就在展覽場附近與大型購物商場連接，車站也在旁邊。 房間較為簡陋沒有桌子可以使用電腦，鏡子只在浴室裡，沒有礦泉水也沒有熱水壺。

My stay at Motel One Munchen-Messe was really bad because of a safety problem. I booked a room for three nights and got one on the first floor. When I came back to my room around 3 in the morning after going out, I found that someone had stolen my passport, wallet, and AirPods. I told the hotel workers right away and asked to see the security camera videos. But they said no, telling me that only the police could see them. When the police came, they showed me a video of a homeless man going into my room and taking my things. The hotel workers then said it was my fault because I didn't close my door properly. The door was heavy and seemed to close on its own, but the lock was broken and didn't really close. You had to push the door hard and make sure it was really closed, which wasn't obvious. I asked if I could check the locks on other rooms to see if they had the same problem, but the workers said no because all the rooms were full. But I saw them cleaning a room that someone had just left, so I knew they weren't telling the truth. It seemed strange that the homeless man only tried my room and not others. I thought maybe someone who knew about the broken lock told him to go to my room. Sadly, the hotel workers didn't care about what I said and kept saying it was my fault. This made me feel really unsafe and like they didn't want to help me. This whole thing was very stressful. I had to waste time and money getting a new passport, and I had to leave the hotel early and stay with a friend. The hotel only offered to let me stay the last night for free, which wasn't enough considering how bad the situation was and how it messed up my trip. Because of this, I think people should think twice about staying at this hotel. The bad security and the unhelpful workers make it a risky place to stay. I hope this review makes the hotel fix these problems and make sure their guests are safe.

Stayed here on a business trip for three nights. The hotel was quiet, good breakfast and reasonably priced bar. This hotel has no gym. When I asked about this on check in I was told it was at a near by park with gym style equipment so should not advertise they have one!

Clean, quiet nice rooms. Only one minute's walk from the subway. There's a shopping mall next to it. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. There's a bar on the first floor for relaxation. But there's no laundry service. recommend!

Große Enttäuschung: Hote One bewirbt bei der Buchung eine "beone" Registrierung. Dafür soll man einmal 1 Frühstück gratis erhalten. Auf unsere Buchungsbestätigung war dann auch "bezahlt" vermerkt und das gratis Frühstück rabattiert. Bei Ankunft glaubte die Rezeption aber Ihre eigene Buchungsbestätigung nicht und wollte von mi einen Kontoauszug (!) als Beweis, daß ihr eigener bestätigter Bezahltvermerk stimmt. Irre. Noch dazu sollte ICH den Kontoauszug unverzüglich mailen (ich stand an der Rezeption), sonst bekäme ich ich keinen Zimmerschlüssel. Auf meine Nachfrage, was macht den der Gast, der seine Ktoauszüge nicht mit sich herumträgt, erntete ich ein Lächeln. Drei Tage später erhielt ich dann eine Zahlungsaufforderung über das Gratis-Frühstück. Unglaublich. Entweder hat HotelOne ein enormes EDVProblem oder sie wollen nur "beone" Mitgliederzuwachs. Wir waren leider im Südflügel mit Blick auf das wenig erbauliche Gebäude gegenüber. Früher ware wir im Ostflügel - hier ist der Blick deutlich freundlicher auf den Willy-Brandt Platz. Pech gehabt. Das Zimmer war deutlich kleiner als im gegenüberliegenden Novotel (gleicher Preis). Zu klein eigenlich. Bad sehr sehr klein. Sauberkeit: 3,5 von 5 Sterne. Freundlichkeit Personal: 4*. Frühstückraum: 5*, jedoch fanden wir kein glutenfreies Müsli, kein Filterkaffee und nur begrenzte Anzahl an Kaffeetassen. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war gelinde gesagt: schrecklich. Die Lobby ist nett und stylisch, aber etwas klein und für Geschäftsessen eher ungeeignet. Leider werden wir hier nicht mehr übernachten wollen.

Das Hotel liegt perfekt am Einkaufszentrum Riem Arcaden! Die Lobby stylish, sehr gemütlich der Empfang herzlich! Anna Durduc ist extrem hilfsbereit und eine absolute Bereicherung für das Morel One!!! Sie hat unseren Aufenthalt zu einem Traum gemacht!!! Das gesamte Team ist super freundlich! Einziges Manko…. die Zimmer sind sehr klein, die Betten maximal 1.60 m breit!! Für Alleinreisende absolut ok. Die Zimmer mit Terrasse super schön! (An alle Mädels die allein reisen: man kann die Terrassentür, geöffnet verriegeln! Also keine Angst, dass der Nachbar ungebeten vorbeikommt 😉) Das Frühstück, (auch wenn es keine Eierspeisen gibt) absolut ausreichend und sehr schmackhaft!! Frische Backwaren aller Art, Früchte, Joghurt, Aufschnitt, Käse, Marmelade! Was will man mehr?! Zum Adele Stadion war es 10 Min. zu Fuss!!!

Hotel comodissimo per raggiungere la fiera a piedi ed anche il centro essendo di fronte alla metro. Parcheggio sotterraneo. Ottima pulizia delle camere. Spazi comuni moderni, eleganti e di design fanno risultare l ambiente sofisticato ma non banale. Un grazie speciale ad Alisa e Reza che con la loro professionalità e gentilezza ti fanno sentire a casa!

Tolles Hotel, wenn man es dann endlich gefunden hat, Ausschilderung mit dem Hinweis zum Parkdeck von außen schwer einsehbar. Zimmer klein, aber wir hatten noch die Terrasse, und dies weiß man bei Motel one. Ein Stern Abzug, weil die Bar-Frühstückraum ist einfach für die Größe des Hotels zu klein. Dann am Freitag nur eine Person zum abräumen. Die Leute werden leider am Anfang nicht festgehalten um Ihnen einen Platz zuzuweisen, dadurch ist ständig Unruhe im Raum. Ansonsten alles gut und Motel One immer wieder gerne. Personal alle sehr freundlich.
