還不錯，離目的地也蠻近，服務非常好，與預想的完全一致，非常滿意，真的很喜歡，完全超出期望值，服務員態度很好，非常仔細、嚴實，氛圍也不錯，很安靜，很滿意的一次體驗，希望更多的朋友信賴。

Lage ist in Ordnung. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das schlimmste und ist beim öffnen des Fenster das komplette Fenster zu Boden gefallen!!! Zum Glück ist uns nichts passiert. Katastrophe!!!!

Rooms were lovely, staff lovely and whole place is generally clean except for all cigarette butts outside front door which is first thing you see. Parking €29 a night so park out front or on neighbouring streets for free. The restaurant wasn’t open when we stayed for some reason and bar only opens for 5.30 onwards so if you arrive early you can just sit in the lobby. The room we had was a suite and had two bathrooms and was very spacious, water piping hot with great pressure, shower was awesome! Fast easy to connect WiFi and very comfy beds and nice soft towels. Breakfast is €22 per person and children eat for free, which is superb as the breakfast buffet was absolutely superb!! There wasn’t much NOT to eat and the coffee was of great quality, very impressed as we had a long drive ahead of us and set us up for the day. If staying in Munich stay here as very centralised and has a great little mall round the corner for Asian restaurant, kebab, bakery, butchers , pharmacy and a pennys. Great stay

Terrible experience, the hotel is very wind down and I had 5 flies in my room some dead when I got there at 11pm. No phone to warn reception in the room and I was ready for bed. Reception person even challenged my online booking payment with Booking despite showing all the relevant receipts. Terrible experience so far.

The black guy from reception its the rudes and most unpleasant hospitality worker that I've meet in my life and probably from the entire world... he could barely spoke English and during the check in was very rude and arrogant. THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE FROM MY LIFE!!

We had chosen this hotel for our stay during ISPO Trade Show 2023 in Munich, Germany. The price was too high when compared to facilities and amenities provided. Also there was no hot water in washroom considering its winter season. Also breakfast was expensive. Also they should have free cancellation policy(24-48 hours prior check in) like all other hotels have. Also rooms were not not up to mark in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. I would not suggest anyone to book this if price is over $100

This hotel is fine. I asked for a nonsmoking room, but got a smoking one. Thankfully they were able to change it. They said they can't really control whether it's smoking or not. This hotel is linked to a nicer hotel, so if you're seeing pictures and reading reviews it may not be the side your on. This one is the left and is cheaper. There's no AC and the room isn't very big. We used this when we flew in for one night and it was okay.

We stayed in this hotel group in June 2023 (31 persons) for 1 night. The rooms are nice end have airco, The evening meal and breakfast, were excellent quality. The service and reception very friendly

I stayed in both Rilano 24/7(left) and the Rilano Hotel Munchen(right) as they are in the same blog, share the same reception and restaurant. I stayed in the cheapest room, which is extremely small like some hotels in certain Japan cities. Not expecting this in Germany. My bedroom is more spacious than this. There is no space to open up a luggage and no surface at all to put things except a small table. There is a toilet brush next to the toilet, not a good sign. Shower pressure for the handheld shower is weak. Hair dryer is hanging above the toilet, make sure you don’t drop it in the toilet. Elevator wait time is usually over a minute. Toilet roll almost come out of the holder because in my opinion the roll should be inserted from the right side so I mean they should install a different one. There were dust on the bathroom glass shelves. Breakfast selection is way too little. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere. This hotel has nothing that match German standard and quality. They should just close it down, both hotel wings.

Standardzimmer im Hochhaus -5Sterne: Heizung geht nicht, Klimaanlage geht nicht (Zettel im Zimmer: ...im Moment nicht verfügbar), Zettel war wochen- oder Monatealt. Problem nicht nur in einem Zimmer sondern mind. 3 Stockwerke (waren Gruppe mit rd. 20 Zimmer auf mind. 3 verschiedenen Stockwerken). An einem Morgen während Aufsteh- und Duschzeit ausserdem kein warmes Wasser, Fenster sehr klein und dunkel, Matrazen durchgelegen und zu weich. Kolleginnen haben Zimmer mit Fön heizen müssen Habe wegen Rückenschmerzen nach 1 Nacht auf Premiumzimmer im Neubau upgegraded. Die sind dann ok. Würde man nur diese Zimmer kennen könnte man 4 Sterne geben. Frühstück sehr gut, Auswahl ok Mittagessen gut Meetingsräume und Infrastruktur ok Parkhaus mit grossen und hellen und ausreichend vielen Stellplätzen sowie Ladestationen relativ ruhige Umgebung Zusammenfassung: Neubau 4 Sterne, Hochhaus -5 Sterne. Wir waren mit internationaler Gruppe mit Führungskräften da, musste mich für München und Deutschland wirklich schämen. Das Hochhaus kann man schliessen oder als Monteurzimmer vermieten für 30EUR (Entschuldigung, will niemand beleidigen). Gab keinen Hinweis bei Buchung oder auf Webseite bzgl. nicht funktionierender Heizung/Klima. Finger weg von Standardzimmer.

Ich bin jedes Jahr mit meiner Freundin in München um das Hardshift Festival zu besuchen, daher haben wir auch ein Hotel fürs Wochenende gebraucht und unsere Entscheidung ist aufs Roland gefallen. Service super freundlich Zimmer sehr sauber und im optimalen Zustand. Wir konnten sogar aufgrund des Schneesturms problemlos noch eine Nacht hinzu buchen. Die Preise sind für München mehr als in Ordnung. Über die Bar die es dort gibt kann ich mich auch nicht beschweren leckere Drinks, die Preise sind dort etwas hoch aber es ist nur einmal im Jahr da kann man sich auch mal was gönnen.

Che dire? un hotel terrificante. Personale estremamente scortese e poco collaborativo. nessuna comunicazione fra i vari receptionists. Ogni volta bisogna ripetere le stesse cose. Camere: vecchie, sporche, moquette macchiata e soprattutto il bagno non viene pulito!!!! Inoltre la signora delle pulizie perde molti capelli che rimangono sparsi ovunque. Il servizio bar ed il ristorante non possono essere addebitati sulla camera quindi ogni volta e'necessario pagare. Al check out pero' mi hanno chiesto il pagamento di una birra che non avrei pagato, secondo loro. Si trattava di due bottiglie di acqua che erano prontamente pagate all'arrivo, ma chiaramente nessuno sapeva nulla. Sicuramente da evitare, per sporcizia ed incapacità del personale..

Businesshotel. Im Bereich des Restaurants ist noch von den Speisen her Luft nach oben. Die Karte ist recht begrenzt und es schmeckt dann wie von Blockhousemenu = Convenienceprodukt. Könnte man schon besser machen.
