Very nicely renovated. Rooms clean . Excellent service

Hotel is under construction and there was nothing posted on website alerting to this. The entire lobby area is under construction and was going to be roomed on first floor. Although that was an issue, the service was AMAZING!!! The front desk clerk apologized and moved our room to another floor. They checked in to make sure room was good afterwards. Shopping and dining options very close and hotel convenient to everything!

So this location is under a major renovation, the floor is tore up, making it incredibly difficult to use roller wheels (perhaps a temporary rug or carpet would help). The lobby was very warm, to the point of sweating when checking in. Upon entering the lobby 10 or so construction working were having their dinner in the small cramped space, returning 2 hours later with hey we’re still there speaking very loudly. As for the room….comfortable bed, but that was about it. One can hear if someone walked past the door. Our room was next to the stairwell, so everytime someone opened the door, it would slam and the beds would shake. (Perhaps a spring return to slow the door down from slamming would be beneficial). They should notify of significant renovations taking place.

We stayed one night at the hotel. Check in was easy and quick. The hotel has three floors, so it was easy and fast to take the stairs, although there is an elevator. Shower was nothing fancy which I appreciated. Some hotels modernize the showers so much you need an engineering degree to figure out how it works. Bed was clean and soft. People across the hall had loud music blaring but we could not hear anything in our room. I liked that there was a sign indicating quiet hours between 11pm-6am. There is free parking in front of the hotel but spaces are a little tight for SUVs and trucks. We had a good stay here.

Everything was very nice and clean, staff forms, extremely helpful and polite. They had a very typical American breakfast, coffee was delicious! I only wish hotels would start putting two sitting chairs in a row instead of just one. And I am very thankful this chair was not on rollers. My last experience in the hotel, I fell because the chair room away from me.

We have stayed at other hotels in the Homestead Waterfront area and this one was the worst. The front desk staff was rude, the room was super small and dingy. The hotel is basically in the parking lot in front of big box retail. We were given a room on the ground floor with no option to change, so anyone could walk past and see into our room. I do not recommend this hotel. There are better options at the same price point.

They tried to charge me an extra $135 for using a third party to book my reservation.

Easy access to a walk path alongside the river. Staff were awesome! Hotel itself needs work.

The staff was for the most part unfriendly and unhelpful. The nicest staff member was the one that hit me in the head to remove a bug from my hair. They were renovating the hotel, which I was not informed about ahead of time, so there were obstructions that were inconvenient, especially in the parking lot.

Excellent location, very neat and clean. Several good restaurants and shopping centers nearby.

That they served a hot breakfast (which was absolutely delicious). Only concern was that the rooms were very small.

Very confused by other review, the room was dirty, and the hotel in general was just not very clean. We did not feel comfortable even taking our shoes off and slept in our clothes. Checked out the next morning and moved to different hotel in the area.

The hotel was going through some renovation which detracted a bit from the appearance. However the pleasant staff made up for the deficiencies!
