As a group of 4 we stayed at grand swiss hotel. What we liked the most is the ambiance location and smiling faces. Rooms are the best in town with views and 17 floor has a nice bar with a musician playing. Room service food was good and on time. We loved the perfume used in hotel looby. 5 star experience.

His helpfulness during check-in and checkout made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. From answering all my questions to making sure everything was in order, his genuine hospitality made a fantastic first and last impression.

It was my first time visiting this hotel in order to enjoy a traditional iftar meal (Ramadan night). Location was easy to find, plenty of parking spaces and, although I visited in the evening, I’m sure it has spectacular views. The iftar buffet was well assorted and I liked the idea that it varies every night so if you are a guest staying at the hotel (or want to come over for iftar more than once) you don’t get bored… and at an amazing price. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Ronnie, Genelyn, Jingle and Teo for making our night special.
