Очень удобно во время трансфера.провести ночь в отеле в трансферной зоне было лучшим решением в нашем длительном перелете.

Very misleading advertisement! We aimed to have a very comfortable flight by booking 15hrs for 3 people. Paid 60bd non refundable and guess what? We are not allowed to go in the hotel because apparently we need to be checked in! Maybe next time try to give proper details on your ads, better yet make the booking refundable at least!

We slept in the pod, due to a 21-hour layover. this was a health and a lifesaver for us. The pods are not in great shape, our television did not work, and we had to change to another as the engineer could not figure out why the lights were not working. also, there are only three showers and it seems that if someone uses one, you need to go request a replacement towel. Nevertheless, they were clean and convenient if somewhat pricy.

Visited this place in person while catching a flight out of BAH. Walked into the lobby and the receptionist refused to make eye contact even though I was obviously approaching him from a distance. Only when I spoke did he respond but in a pretty condescending manner. "Its not there right??" were his exact words to my one-liner question. I was shocked that this is the level of interpersonal engagement at Bahrain Airport Hotel. Was hoping that this would be the place to catch some winks during future transits so am disappointed but frankly more shocked than anything else. Place looks pleasant enough though.

Abhishek and ibrahim are helpful and very nice 👍 place is good Shower is good pod are really cosy worth to come and stay if you have 3 to 4 hours to spend Most important is the location of the hotel

If no stars was an option then I would of definitely done it. Absolutely shocking customer service, rude staff…..save your money and go to pearl lounge. We stayed 5 mins and left after paying…… they booked us pods when we booked a room…. Offered to pay the difference to a room if the was a mix up… but the awful service we got was buy a new room when the place is empty. Looked at the shower room and towels were mini …. STAY AWAY. I hate giving a bad review but this was my worst experience travelling around …. So rude.

Compact room was wonderful and clean.Nice place to stay, very clean and close to all the duty free and food shop and the member of staffs are vary helpful and polite especially the Farhad Rahman vary helpful , thank you for your support 🤗🤗 👍

Been there during our long transit time with gulf air. The staffs are great and helpful. We've stayed in double room where the room is clean and well facilities. Have a chance to try back massage with Thanya, felt relax and recovered for our another journry. This is a good idea to spend 10 hours of transit. For sure will visit them again for future flight

Just visited this place. The overall accommodation condition and amenities were descent to me. Moreover, Staffs (I can name of HEERA & MIZANUR AHMMAD SAFA) were very much well behaved and polite. They have provided helps and service too cordially, that I never expected. Maybe I'll visit again if only for those two people.Overall experience - 10 out of 10. It's worth mentioning about the lady at the reception center too. She seems so helpful and never bored helping.
