KICHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with hopefully everything you could think you need for every meal, football/UFC snacks or even a stay through a holiday! LIVING ROOM: The living room is meant to be a place you want to gather to hang out together. A place to sit back or snuggle up, put your feet up, laugh together with a game, watch a movie or your favorite TV show… or again… football or UFC. And if you fall asleep or need the extra sleep area, we have wanted to provide a comfortable place for that, too!BATHROOM: The bathroom also has everything you need to be comfortable, and more! Help yourself to the soaps, shampoo, conditioner and all of the towels. OUTSIDE/BACKYARD: There is covered patio area for parking or extracurricular activity items. (Trailers, snow machines, 4wheelers, etc) The backyard is a work in progress, with the hopes and plans of a backyard hangout and oasis. A beautiful, covered eating area, with a nice, large table. A BBQ, outdoor cooler and games to play, unwind and have so much fun! Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun! We recently fully remodeled this beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that has been in our family for a long time. Enjoy its unique decor, every room is a different theme! This home is centrally located, only 10 minutes from the Mountain Home Air Force Base and 40 miles from Boise. Enjoy our many amenities like a stocked coffee bar, welcome snacks, and fully stocked kitchen! This is a fully remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that has been in our family for a long time. It is a tri level home with the kitchen and dining room being on the main floor. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs is the fourth bedroom, living room, laundry, and second bathroom. This house has a different theme to every room, making it very unique! We have RV parking on the side of the house but no hookups at this time, you are welcome to use it. There is a large privately fenced in backyard with a deck and patio table. We added a swingset, use it at your own risk and please supervise children. We also have a grill out there so utilize it for some amazing BBQ's with your family! There is a dog run on the side out back for your pets as well. We do charge a $40 non-refundable pet fee that must be paid before check in. We have a fully stocked kitchen with every utensil you could possibly think of including a crockpot, popcorn maker, hand mixer, coffee pot, and so much more. There is a fully stocked coffee bar with coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and even creamer. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we put games and puzzles on the shelves downstairs! This beautiful house just went through major renovations and is just about entirely new throughout. Designed to be comfortable and cozy yet modern and enjoyable. This house has a ton to offer!The spaceThis is a tri-level house with the main floor being the kitchen, dining and living rooms all in an open concept layout. A large wall mounted smart tv is in the living room and viewable from the whole main level. 3 of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom are upstairs. 1 bedroom, family room, laundry room and bathroom are downstairs. There's a tv with dvds downstairs as well. The bedroom downstairs has two single twin beds in it. The laundry room has a full bed in it.
