We were in Mostar during the off season and the hotel staff Ms Lela was kind enough to upgrade our room since the room we booked was on the top floor and was very small.
It would be quite difficult to carry a luggage up the stairs as they did not have any elevators and both my husband and I are over 60 yrs old.
The other lady on duty, Ms Elma was also very helpful in helping us to arrange for a taxi in Mostar and transport to Sarajevo.
The location was near the old town..easy access to walk to the old bridge. Near a big supermarket .
I would recommend Sinan Han . They are scheduled for some upgrading works and additional rooms so maybe there would be a elevator installed for easy access to the rooms.

This hotel locates in a nice site which is not far from the old bridge but much quieter. The room is contemporarily decorated and super tidy. I love their terrace especially! The staffs are so nice and helpful.

I stayed in Sinan Han hotel for three nights during a conference in mostar. The hotel is perfectly sitated near Old town Mostar, with a rooftop terrace overlooking the city. Staff is very helpfull and friendly, they really make you feel like home. I will most deffinitely stay here when again in Mostar.

Avoid rooftop room at all costs. The bed feels like you are sleeping on a box spring. You feel all the metal coils. The bathroom is a joke. It's so small that the cabinet pushes into your leg when you sit on the toilet. The shower has no real water pressure and is just a hose in the corner so the whole room gets wet. There's no room for suitcases either. Even the staff is embarrassed by this room which should be illegal.

Hotel is very nice. It is about 7 minutes from the Old Town, Old Bridge and nice restaurants. There is a nice pizza restaurant across the street from the hotel. Good for dinner and lunch. Very reasonable prices. The hotel furnishings are up to date and it is very clean. The hotel has good security features and parking is available. Camera monitoring throughout. The rooms with a balcony are smaller than the non-balcony views. The view from balcony is not that nice, so the non-balcony rooms are better.

Very nice hotel in a fantastic location. Very close to the old bridge and all the attractions, yet in a relatively quite street away from the busy and noisy areas. Amazing staff, super helpful and going out of their way to help. The sofa bed in the suites is not really suitable for 2 people (even a child + adult) but the staff remedied it for us right away by providing additional bedding. Breakfast is very nice, and the rooftop terrace has a great view.

I really love this place. It is so beautiful, and its location is just amazing. You can walk to the Old Bridge in like 5 minutes. The ladies working at the reception are so kind!! Their energy is really positive:) The best thing is the terrace on the rooftop! And the breakfast was so tasty and nice.

We were so lucky to have 2 very kind and helpful receptionist throughout our stay. Their great service was much appreciated. We had the room on the roof terrasse with amazing view. Room was small, but just fine for a smaller stay. They had some issues with hot water going slowly, but we were informed before hand. We also had a very nice breakfast there. Location is great and just 4min walk from Old town and the bridge If I come back to Mostar I would stay here again. :-)

A lovely boutique hotel. It’s right by the Old Bridge so it’s a great location with just 3 minutes walk. The breakfast is excellent with fantastic omelette options and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little small but perfectly modern and equipped for a short stay. We would stay again.
