It was a pleasant surprise to find a hotel so cozy, very well placed compared to local attractions. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom pretty big. The breakfast and the dinner was variate. I recommend this hotel to other people who want come here.

On a parish pilgrimage and the hotel was great. Easy walking distance to the entire village/town and food was very nice. Bar service impeccable each evening and drinks very reasonably priced. What sets this hotel apart, from many I’ve stayed in across the world, was the staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Consistently went above and beyond. Anything you need help with, they’ll sort it.

Great hotel in medjugorje. Walking distance to shops , restaurants and the church. Free parking directly in front of the hotel. Rooms are clean and new. Shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was good . The staff in the hotel are very helpful and pleasant. You can't go wrong staying here.

Lovely hotel, very pleasant ambience, good breakfast, great location (church is a three minutes walk away) and very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are large with very good bathroom. Everything is clean and modernly furnished.

Nice, clean and comfoftable room. Staff is fridndly and helpful. Location of hotel is perfect and there is enough parking places in front of it. Breakfast could be better, there is no toaster and I missed butter as well.

We booked a quadruple room. There was no heating control in the room. No coffee kettle. The breakfast is entirely cold cuts. The lift is slow-moving. The staff poor in guest management. The hotel is fleecing the Medjugore pilgrims by offering sub-standard services

We reserved for two nights. But it was so nice, so we decided to stay for an extra day, there was no problem. The staff was exellent, very friendly, parking ok. Even the staff moved their car, so we could park ours. The breakfast was very nice, from salami, cheese, eggs, jogurts, sweets, cakes, different kind of breads, butters, hooney, tee, coffee... verry nice The room was very clean, the towels were changed every day. The location is exellent, just a few minutes from the church, cca 300m. The best location. The price was. 55€ for the night&breackfast for a couple. I recomend it to those who have a higher level of expectations...

This was our first stay in this hotel and hopefully it won't be our last. From the very first night we arrived we knew it would be an enjoyable experience. The reason for making this statement is that we were delayed for almost two hours at the airport in Dubrovnik and consequently we arrived at a late hour at the Hotel Leone. At this stage we thought that the dining room would have minimal service, but we were wrong! Zlatko served a tired and weary group on his own with a big smile and at breakneck speed...no delays. For the rest of the week himself and his daughter Maria were the best ambassadors for a hotel that I have met in over 40 years of world-wide travel. They went that "extra-mile" in their pursuit of excellent customer service, and despite one not so polite colleague of theirs, their attention to detail made up for his bad manners and rudeness. It is a pity that all staff in hotels are not in Zlatko and Maria's league. The staff at reception were polite and efficient and our bedroom was comfortable and clean. There is almost always some improvement that can me made and in this case I must mention two. Firstly, the internet was practically non existent, but, to be fair I was told that there had been some damage (prior to our arrival) to the network externally and that the hotel was temporarily depending on an undersized standby service. The second "complaint" was the lack of T.V. Channels in the English language. Not the end of the world for us, but it is something that could be easily rectified. In conclusion we can heartily recommend this hotel and would gladly return to stay here. Hopefully sometime in the near future.
