Perfection doesn’t excist. But they are very very very close. The villa is beautiful and has wonderful furniture. They have an eye for details. So is the breakfast. Lovely to start the day with such a great breakfast, in their veranda, with that view 😍 We are also very impressed by the lovely employees. They are the finishing touch who make your stay unforgettable!

The service was amazing from check in to check out. Lewis and the rest of the team went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a flat tire and Lewis had been really helpful. He is very caring and considerate. His interior decor is amazing, super cozy and comfy. Breakfast area has a very good sea view. This place has left us a very good impression about mosselbay.

On arrival we caused confusion. They could not find our room, after a few minutes (and a phone call to Lewis ?) we were showed through to a room. We settled in, went into the bay and got back to the pool area. A lady said hello and there was a invoice in reception for us . .?? We explained we had paid our agent in England and had given in our travel voucher. After going back to the room, I found the voucher on the side, so I found her and gave it to her. Half an hour later we were told we had been given the wrong room! Would we move and to say sorry we could have a bottle of wine. We did this and found a standard room not quite the same ! But it was quieter so that was in our favour. Breakfast the next morning was ok. The hotel decor was fab, especially the speak easy bar area. Loads of interesting artifacts all over. They do have secure parking,but advised the road outside was safe. Would we stay again, not sure!

Pink temple but very articulate and with fine overdecorated rooms. excellent service. Ideally located with serenity and fine views. Excellent breakfast terrace and adequate breakfast. Private parking but not really needed. All amenities and accouterments in order. Few rooms. Excellent value. Exceptional staff in quantity and quality. We could not have it better. 4 poster + canopy beds excessive. They could be a little longer for 6' 2'' aged personel.

We loved staying in this charming boutique hotel. We had two rooms in the main house which were a real blast from the past with lovely decor and super comfy beds. Breakfast was top class and was served on the veranda facing the pretty garden and distant sea views.

What a charming and friendly hotel. Bettys is such a delight and a far cry from the corporate blandness of chain hotels. We really enjoyed our visit to Bettys on our South African adventure. The family running the hotel should be commended for their attention to detail and personal and friendly hospitality, we felt so at home. First class…
