We got upgraded to an executive room located at the ground floor which is excellent for us due to the large luggage travelling along or we might need to carry through the stairs. The breakfast was the greatest throughout our stay in England. Staff is friendly. It’s an old English hotel a little old but the experience is superb. Situated in the heart of the small beautiful old English town. Love it.

Excellent location. The bus stop for buses to Burton on the water, stow on the wold and Stratford upon Avon is just one-minute walk. They are the only hotel which I stay in the UK provides slippers! And I love their heated towel racks! Room for improvement: One lady taking breakfast order is not friendly or helpful. And the food they served was a bit salty for me. But taste was personal. My partner says he likes their English breakfast.

We loved our stay, the place was clean and the housekeeping was splendid. The staff were warm and welcoming too. Loved our stay! The breakfast was also top notch. We had eggs Ben and English breakfast, loved it thet it came with a black pudding

房間佈置的很精緻，還有收音機放古典音樂，餐廳的早餐也很棒。最主要交通方便，離火車站和公交站都超級近。下次有機會還會入住。

Very British style, 房間佈置很用心，還有一台收音機📻！小院可以露天晚餐。早餐很豐富，美味！check in 服務也很周到，可以寄存行李。幾分鐘的步行到bus station 和火車站。附近可以徒步，公園，鄉村小路都讓人心曠神怡！總之，十分推薦！

酒店整體環境很好，房間也很贊 ，前台服務很好，酒店位置好 ，距離車站非常近，出行很方便，餐飲也不錯 五星好評，強烈推薦！
