Robert our host was very nice and very accommodating. Our room, room 2 was excellent. Clean, comfortable and decorated very nicely. We will definitely stay here again. The price was certainly well within our desired rate.

This place is filthy and very unlike the description. I wish I had taken photos. Reeks of cigarette smoke throughout, extremely poor housekeeping, corners are full of grime, surfaces look like they have been wiped with a dirty dishrag. Kitchen and breakfast did not look sanitary. Bathroom and towels smelled. Owner will lie about guests that leave poor reviews instead of addressing the issues, which by the way, are the same in most of those reviews. Glowing reviews seem to be duplicates and are definitely dishonest.

Great place for the price, Robert is a great host and I had a great time in a Montréal, I will definitely go back again for the next festival and will bring my family now, thanks Robert!

It has the experience of staying in someone's spare room. This guest house was pleasant enough. It's good value for moment, the pictures are fairly accurate depictions of what to expect and the hotel manager or owner is a lovely person.
However, if you are a non smoker, like I am, then I would avoid this place. The house stank of cigarette smoke. I believe the property is a non smoking property, however I believe it was the owner I saw smoking right at the front door. The smell was always strongest then and it lingered throughout the house all day. The worst thing was that the hotel towels also stank of cigarette smoke, so it was awful for both my partner and I to come out the shower and have to use smoke smelling towels to dry ourselves .

It was not well cleaned and yet they expected monetary tip to be left for the maid. For money paid this is one of our worst stays - luckily it was only one night

Robert l'hôte est sympathique, même si absent le matin au petit déjeuner.
Une odeur de cigarette plane malheureusement dans le logement.
La propreté laisse à désirer. Trouvé une chaussette sale sous le lit.... depuis quand ? Cheveux dans la baignoire.... nous avions une chambre avec salle de bain privative mais séparée dans la chambre.
La climatisation à le mérite d'exister même si l'installation est un peu spartiate.
Proche des transports en commun pour rejoindre le centre en 30min environ.
