Alarm went off for 2 hours from 6 AM to 8 AM on my floor. I kindly asked if it was possible to get somehow compensated for this "inconvenience". Was met with such hostility and disrespect from the person in charge, it shooked me. I left unrested from my disrupted sleep and upset from this interaction. Thinking back on it, I would have paid not to go through that. Just for the sake of reviewing to the fullest because I can't really be bothered by details usually, first thing I noticed entering the room was a contrast in between white sheets and black hairs leftovers. I got cold at night and there is no control over the heating. Otherwise, the room was cozy and welll maintained. I was greated with kindness at arrival, from the guy on the night shift.

올드 몬트리올에서는 지하철로 이동해야하나 근처에 성당과 공원 마트 그리고 여러 맛집들이 있음. 방 컨디션 좋았음. 다만 시큐리티 요금 200캐나다달러 내야했음. 환불까지 시간이 다소 걸린다고 해 불편했음.

교통 - “렌트카”하시는 분들은 1박에 20 캐나다 달러 인데 나름 합리적이라 생각합니다. “대중교통”이용하시는 분들은 지하철역이 바로 옆에 있어 편하실거에요. 성당과 거리가 가깝고 주변에 먹거리 마트가 있어 편리했습니다. 숙소도 굉장히 넓고 조리도 가능하고 무엇보다도 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 프론트분들이 친절하셨습니다.

交通便利，酒店在路邊，停車入口比較難發現，一般車庫門是關閉；離皇家山步行15分鐘。酒店房間夠大，乾淨衞生。酒店附近有超市和餐廳等，生活方便。

Petit hôtel plus familial, très bien placé à côté du parc mont Royal. Accueil sympathique. Rue animée mais non bruyante. Plusieurs restaurants et épiceries dans la rue. Café accolé à l’accueil. Métro à moins de 5minutes, centre ville en moins de 20min (un arrêt plus changement pour la ligne principale). Je conseille fortement cet hôtel.

This was the second hotel we stayed in on our trip to Montreal, and by far our favorite. The staff was extremely hospitable and the hotel had great amenities. The cafe adjacent to the hotel was delightful for breakfast and coffee before we departed, and we bought many treats to take home from the bakery next door - all of which were wonderful.

It was convenient, we have a big vehicle and parking was an issue. The underground could not accommodate over 6ft truck. The receptionish did the best they could to assist, however, we felt worried that our vehicle maybe towed. Some arrangements should have been made for us.

While the renovated rooms looked good, they were still doing very loud renovations in the rest of the hotel and this is not posted on their site, nor was it mentioned when we checked in. The reception staff were rude and reactive when we said this wasn’t acceptable. We left and got a refund through *******.

Under construction so noisy at times but I see the rooms have been newly renovated . Parking is terrible but was able to manage it. Great staff and would recommend it

Great location close to all conveniences - subway, grocery store, café, restaurants, and Université de Montréal. The room was beautiful with a balcony and a kitchenette! Bathroom very modern. I would stay here again.

As always, a great stay at Terrasse Royale. Clean, convenient and great service. Always a safe choice when visiting the city.

This was the perfect stay. The customer service, cleanliness, spacious suite and convenient location were unsurpassed. My wife and I would definitely stay at this property on our next visit to Montreal. I highly recommend that you do the same. You will not be disappointed!

Cleanliness was absolutely top-notch! Finishes in my room were modern and worked really well. All the staff were great to deal with (at all hours of the day and night) and were good-humoured dealing with my lack of fluency in French. I'll definitely be staying there when I go back to Montreal.
