The hotel is not looked after. Big cleaning done at the beginning of the summer and then not done properly in the following weeks. Personal of the hotel very rude in reception. We are still at the hotel and in 4 days we had to sleep twice in different rooms: once due to water dripping from the ceiling and the second due to a little explosion that created a spark and smell of burnt in yhe room. According to the staff was not a good reason to come and investigate until i got upset and i got someone to come and have a look. Not feeling safe at all. They say they have 2 bars but really there is 1 person working in both of them (same person for very very long hours) so there are very long queues and only 1 bar available at the time. Very disorganised even on the beach when they have to assign the umbrella. The beach is overcrowded and there is not space to walk between one space and the other. The beach is dirty. I gave a 2 because the food is quite good and the animation is really good. I would absolutely not racomand this hotel to anyone.

Le camere molto comode e vaste, la manutenzione ed i servizi lasciano a desiderare, la colazione scarsa, i pasti buoni, la spiaggia da dimenticare, in un pezzetto di spiaggia ammucchiate 11 file di ombrelloni, se la marea si alza un poco, le prime file con i piedi a mollo. Animazione al minimo sindacale. Non penso di ritornare.

Reception non cortese, spiaggia con spazi ridotti e clienti ammassati. Ci sono stati diversi casi di clienti che hanno avuto problemi gastrointestinali e febbre. Tale problematica si è riscontrata anche tra lo staff che ha mangiato nella struttura!!

Ho messo una stella perché albergo sporco camere piene di polvere e stando al 4 piano camere piene di formiche e cibo di bassa qualità.. si salva solo La posizione dell'albergo di come è strutturato con la discesa al mare

Camera super spaziosa veramente bella L’unico punto critico forse è che avendo tutto quello spazio servirebbero degli armadi/cassetti in più per riporre i panni.(lo spazio avanzerebbe comunque) Noi abbiamo consumato i pasti nella sala Zimei e devo ringraziare tutti a partire da Angelo per arrivare a Daniela,Hansel,Renato il 🔝,Mohamed team fantastico. Piscina bella. Silvio nel bar in piscina molto disponibile e gentile. Come i ragazzi che seguono la spiaggia peccato che la spiaggia non è grande quindi si sia un po’ appiccicati gli uni agli altri. Animazione bella sarebbe ancora più bello sfruttare di più la spiaggia piuttosto che la piscina come giochi.Michelle mini club bravissima e paziente. E Giulio il 🔝. È stata un bellissima vacanza abbiamo fatto un bel gruppo e potremmo seriamente pensare di ritornarci. Indimenticabile

Da non ripetere . Ammucchiati in spiaggia . Reception accoglienza appena sufficiente. Sala ristorante servizio appena sufficiente. Cibo di bassa qualità . Pulizia stanza insufficiente. 200 caratteri mi sembrano davvero troppi comunque continuo , è stata veramente una delusione. In spiaggia appiccicati, se ti androni la gamba destra non abbronzi la gamba sinistra. Spiaggia sporca ,

Siamo stati ospiti in questa struttura per una settimana.. Ci sono molti aspetti da migliorare..dal check in lungo e mal gestito.. all'attesa infinita degli ascensori..alla cordialità del personale (che in alcune situazioni hanno ragione,ma il cliente è comunque il cliente) La qualità della ristorazione è piuttosto deludente e dai tempi infiniti di attesa..la colazione è a buffet ma dalle 8.45 mai rifornita di ciò che manca..se si chiede al personale di sala si riceve una reazione non proprio ben gradita.. Attesa senza fine anche per l'assegnazione dell'ombrellone..un bagnino che arriva come e quando vuole mancando di rispetto ai clienti in attesa.. Unico aspetto positivo l'animazione.. bravissimi i ragazzi dell'equipe.. Il vantaggio di questa struttura è il fatto di essere fronte mare e avere delle camere ampie e spaziose. Sicuramente non ci torneremo seppur il prezzo conveniente.

Le modalità di esecuzione del check-in sono assurde: gente ammassata per ore ed ore in locali inadeguati ad accogliere un numero così elevato di persone. Struttura carente di ascensori rispetto al numero degli ospiti.

Purtroppo non posso scrivere la stessa recensione positiva dello scorso anno. Servizio ristorante peggiorato, premetto che i pasti ci venivano serviti nella sala Delfino piano 0. Pasta sempre scotta e a volte salata in eccesso, verdure a buffet stessa cosa, forse 3 secondi in una settimana sono stati buoni!!! Colazione a buffet abbondante anche se i dolci avevano tutti lo stesso sapore, cambiava il colore se nell'impasto era presente cacao. Cappuccino e caffè delle macchinette, altrimenti per avere i non surrogati bisognava pagare il servizio a parte, cosa che non avveniva lo scorso anno. Nota positiva i camerieri....Monica in particolare, sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta, veloce e professionale nel servizio. Stessa nota positiva per il personale delle pulizie e della manutenzione. Non ci torneremo....
