傢俱老舊，設施不完備，各種不方便，完全不值收取房價。一次性拖鞋，煮水壺都是主動要才給送過來的。話説8000元一晚的收費，讓客人主動要就是服務不到位。除了賣個城堡概念，沒其他值得去的了。餐廳水準也非常一般。

The most picturesque location- the view from every balcony, the restaurant, even from the entranceway is just breathtaking. The heated pool was delightful. Incredible service and very friendly and helpful staff, every request quickly resolved. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom felt luxurious. The restaurant was delicious, the sauna/steam room great. We did a cheese tasting and cooking class which were both so personal and delightful. Very easy access to montalcino and a nice nearby hike from the abbey of Sant’Antimo. Would highly recommend staying here for a quintessential Tuscan countryside castle experience!

Castillo has been the best holiday Place Ever. I have been Visiting it since 2010. The Infrastructure and the Designs are Much Appreciated and the Scenic Beauty is Unbelievable. No one can Ever Find a Place like this. It has Spacious Room and the Garden and pool Area is Very Beautiful. One has to visit for sure in a lifetime.

I have Seen Such a Beautiful Place , it FeelJust Like Heaven. ✨ The View was Very Mesmarizing. The Staff was Very Polite, Friendly and Helpful. The Food was fantastic and InRoom Services was Great . 👍🤌😊 The Room was Very Neat and Clean. Would Love to Stay Again Soon .

Castle has a very Pleasant and Scenic Beauty, One Will Never Feel like Leaving this Place and The Staffs are Very Polite in Nature. They Were at our Service from the Core of their Heart. Thank You Prasun i.e Managing Staff for Making our Stay Wonderful. Would Love to Visit the Place Again

Staying at Velona Castle was like stepping into a fairytale. The castle's historic charm, combined with luxurious amenities, made our stay truly unforgettable. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and elegantly decorated, offering stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The on-site restaurant served delicious, authentic Italian cuisine, and the spa was a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. I would highly recommend Velona Castle to anyone looking for a unique and magical experience in Italy.

Castillo Di Velona amazing. The experience was incredible. It is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. Not only is it gorgeous but the staff was also very kind and attentive. The wine was amazing and the food they offered was delicious. wine, staff, everything. I will never forget my visit and I look forward to coming back.
