Hotel is fairly new. 10 minutes walking to old town where are all the historical sites and restaurant located. The restaurant next door offer very good food, if you do not want to walk to old town. You can choose your pillow which is pretty good. Bed is firm. The on5 complain I have is there is no electric pot for boiling water. The water from the coffee maker smell coffee, so not a good replacement.

We had a very nice stay at the BW Premier Milano Palace. The front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful. They helped with our luggage and parking. The breakfast in the morning had many items to choose from and helpful staff. The location was close to everything.

What a fantastic hotel! It’s beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff is amazing and incredibly helpful. Plus, it’s perfectly located near the train station and city center. I had a wonderful stay—definitely one of the best hotels I’ve experienced in Italy.

Didn't get to stay at the property. Booked a refundable room through Trip Advisor, when the reservation was modified, it was changed to non-refundable without my knowledge. Had to leave country for medical emergency. Hotel won't refund the money and Trip Advisor won't refund the money.

This is a stylishly decorated hotel. The room had a big picture of the opera above the bed and marble flooring. The reception service was friendly, a nice difference from the over touristed cities. Location isn't that near the historic center. You need a taxi to the center or Ferrari Museum. Modena is not a compact city. Nearby across the street there is an ok Chinese restaurant if you need a break from pizza and pasta. Just a couple of problems with the hotel that can be fixed. When you enter the hotel there are a few steps into the lobby. The bathroom has a very small shower screen that barely covers the shower spray. Needs to be larger screen or a shower curtain needs to be added or the floor will get wet. Tricky shower gel bottles. I stayed in April and you need air con which they have but I had to call down to the reception twice for the air con to be turned on. It's is controlled from the front desk. Don't give up just keep calling in case it doesn't come on. Also had to ask twice for an extra pillow. If you need something better get them early before there are less staff around. The wifi sign in is complicated with a lot of details required for sign in. I suggest they simplify it. Automatic free login should be the way. This is a nice hotel, just a few quirks need fixing.

Lovely hotel near Modena city center. Very clean, quiet and courteous staff. Easy access to attractions and museums. Close to Enzo Ferrari museum in Modena just a few miles to the Ferrari museum in Maranello. We did day trip to Aceitaia Villa San Donnino to learn about Balsamic vinegar process. and to Caseificio Rosola in Zocca (country side) to learn about the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese making process.

By far one of my favorite hotel rooms ever. Everything Versace. The room was spacious. Walk into a mini living room. The toilet had its own room. A jacuzzi bath tub. If they didn’t have it in the room, the front desk will find one for you. Service was impeccable! Isabella was very helpful with directions and recommendations. When I visit Modena again for Food and Ferraris, I will definitely stay here!!!

I suppose the most overriding memory/comment is the amazing attitude of the staff/team. From the moment we arrived and pulled up in the car to the moment we left (at an unearthly early hour) everyone was just so incredibly helpful and friendly. They really wanted to help and really wanted to be friendly. It seemed genuine as well. i.e. no forced smiles. To be honest, I was quite taken aback by it all. The hotel itself is very good and the rooms fine. All nice and clean. Breakfast fine. It is located on the fringe of the centre of town but only a five minute walk. Possibly a bit at the pricey-end of the spectrum.

A very nice hotel really close to the train station and city center, right next to the palazzo gardens and just a short walk from everything. Beds are comfy and the room was big enough, with clean and sufficient accomodations and amenities.
