Very basic hotel, but equipped with the necessary, whose strong point is the strategic position close to the ski lifts and the town centre. Abundant and varied food. Staff always friendly and helpful. The bartender deserves a special mention, very professional, kind and... very charming, which doesn't hurt!

This hotel is a rip-off! We paid a fortune for the all inclusive package, but the food was terrible and barely eatable. The free bar was a joke, as they only offered cheap drinks and no service. We had to wait for ages to get a glass of water, let alone a cocktail. The worst part was when we found a rat in our room, running around and nibbling on our belongings. It was disgusting and frightening, especially for our baby who was sleeping in a cri We tried to contact the staff, but there was no one to help us. We spent the night awake and terrified, hoping the rat would not attack us. The next day, we checked out immediately and demanded a refund. The woman in the reception apologised and said they would compensate us if we kept quiet about the incident. But it was a lie, as we never received any money or communication from them. They ignored our calls and emails, and acted as if nothing happened. This hotel is a nightmare! Do not waste your money and time here! You will regret it!

If I could give zero stars, I would! My family and I stayed here this summer, but one night we discovered a rat in our room!!! We tried to find the staff, but nobody was at the reception desk until next morning. We did not dare to sleep since it almost bit our baby! We decided to check out the next morning and find another place for the rest of our vacation. The hotel apologised and promised us compensation in return for our silence. But we have not received the money and now we are being ghosted and ignored by the hotel. Worst experience ever! I will NOT recommend this place!!!

Appart from saying that food could get slightly better, I can only say that my husband, daughter of 7 and me had a really nice experience. The staff was the niciest, friendliest I have ever had. Thanks again!

Staff were marvellous once we had got past the reception desk where there was rather a language barrier. Reception staff usually speak better English!! A particular mention for Amandine, Bertille, Katherine and the bar-man. They were all super-friendly, caring, helpful, nice to chat with. The food was fantastic, great variety and well prepared. Buffet style, and a noisy dining room, but great value for money. Bedrooms are basic but ok, and the bar area ran out of seats. The pool area needs a re-vamp. But otherwise, fantastic place and great value.

We had 4 nights all inclusive in this hotel and was fantastic. Staff in hotel very friendly and kind, food was amazing. Very nice and modern place. Strongly recommending sowell. Thank you very much for nice holiday!

A very convenient location for our family, next to the ski facilities. The room was nice decorated, clean and cozy. The all inclusive food was very good and tasty, in a French style. We enjoyed a lot our stay and the only regret was that the planned holiday has been too short. We appreciated the kindness of the staff. All of them were very helpful,asking if we need something.

A lovely hotel and welcoming staff! A generous offer to spend a few days in "all-inclusive" and relax at the bar or in the pool after a day of skiing. Notice to the future visitors: you can reach the "eggs" by going up the road on 200 m to join and go down the slope: much easier and faster than the stairs.

We are family of four and first time ever on ski Christmas holiday. We loved our stay at Soleil, the room was spacious and beautiful smell of wood when we entered. Team was helpful, kind and great overall. Always checking in on how we are. Food was amazing, great spread, lots of sea food and we also could take picnic with us to the mountain. Overall wonderful.
