We stayed at Porta Nobre for a week for our honeymoon and we had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the city centre but in a quieter neighbourhood. The rooms are well equipped and very clean, and the bedding really comfortable. The breakfast is fresh, varied and delicious. The food at the restaurant is really good too, and the cocktails are definitely worth a try! But the big big plus is the staff: from the reception to the restaurant staff, they welcomed us very warmly and were always available for us. You can feel that everything

Beautiful spacious apar**ent style accommodation. In a great location, just a few minutes walk from boat tours and waterfront. Receptionist was very helpful in giving advice on what to visit and explaining. Some local customs. Although no dedicated parking, there is a cheap lot across the street that can be had for about 20 euro for 72 hours. The poor: Breakfast was underwhelming. Bad selection and very tight area to dine. Could not even get to half the selection because an occupied table was right there blocking it. Fortunately there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Perfect place for a family stay in Porto. Great location, friendly staff, lovely room, delicious breakfast and, best of all, the charming rooftop swimming pool. Only regret was that we booked too late to get a room with a balcony. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 3 nights in June in the T1 penthouse with balcony apar**ents. The apar**ent was beautifully presented and everything was new and modern. Breakfast was served to the room and there was so much choice to choose from and everything was fresh and delicious. The rooftop pool was a real asset to the apar**ent after a long, hot days walk. The location is great as it is a bit out of the centre but only a 5 minute walk into the Ribeira. The staff were very helpful and when our cooker stopped working they were quick to sort it out. I would 100% recommend this place to stay when in Porto.

This is a lovely boutique hotel on the River Douro. We stayed in a river view apar**ent which was beautiful. The staff are so friendly and accomodating. It is in a great location. They gave us King Cake on Chris**as Eve. We would definitely recommend to stay there with your family or couple. The view from the pool is a great place to see the sunset.

Spectacular hotel with a great view in the middle of Porto. There was a partition separating the sofa and kitchen from the bedroom area. The sheets were so soft and the pillows are very comfy. We love that our room had a fridge as well as a microwave and stove. Although we didn't cook anything, it's great for anyone who would need it. The bathroom was incredibly bright and spacious — I'm obsessed with the waterfall style shower. I think the only drawback here is the glass partition separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom. We had to keep the mat close to that area so the rest of the bathroom didn't get wet. We never heard any noise or commotion from outside despite our room being right beside the elevator and the stairwell. I wish we could've gone to see the pool but we were here in November so it wasn't the best time to go swimming anyway. Overall, we had a fantastic time staying at the this hotel and recommend it to anyone considering it!

Terrific hotel right on the water in beautiful Porto. Spacious rooms with great amenities. pool is beautiful and the adjoining lower bar is gorgeous as well. Staff was very helpful as we had no idea what we were doing most of the time! Breakfast was fantastic! Great value as well!

This place is amazing. Nice old European vibe with a very modern, clean a**osphere. I would absolutely stay again. Everything is in walking distance and the staff were so nice and accommodating. Only one thing I would change is the bathroom sink was automatic and shut off too easily when trying to brush my teeth or wash my face. But that is it and it would not keep me from coming back. Wonderful place!!
