The property was pleasant, quiet and had plenty of places to sit and relax outdoors, such as front entry and side porch.

the bathroom and shower were not clean. I had lint in my bed sheets that got all over my clothes. Makes me wonder about cleanliness.

Lovely home in a very walkable area. Our hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

The inn is beautiful and has a lot of character and charm. It was very convenient to GMC and downtown Milledgville.

Loved staying here! Such an easy check-in. The room was so cute! The lounge, bar, kitchen and snack table were awesome extras! Wish we could’ve stayed longer and used the pool! Will definitely stay here again!

The owner thought of everything! The Inn itself is gourgeous. Our room - the Elizabeth is big, bright and beautifully decorated. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable. The keyless main entry lock was super convenient. So many hospitable touches throughout including free snacks and wine and spirits to purchase. Breakfast is complimentary at the “Local Yolkal” restaurant which is a short walk away. No awkward forced B&B breakfast where everyone has to eat the same thing at the same time. All the amenities of a chain hotel and 1000x charm and hospitality. Can’t recommend it enough.

The beddings are sparkly clean. Its a vintage decor, but without any vintage smell equipped with all modern amenities. The main door needs a little adjus**ent maybe due to weather.
I was too tired to read all the checking instructions for the code. Luckily the other guests saw my confirmation and explained the details when I reached there.
The breakfast menu is very good but doesn’t have vegetarian items except toast but the people were very gracious to make an avocado toast and a sandwich with fries. Maybe more vegetarian options would be welcoming. The service was excellent at the restaurant. It’s all within walking distance from the campus, so very conveniently located.

We had some difficulty getting check-in instructions. The owner insisted that we get them from **********, and ********** said we would get them from the owner. When we arrived without the instructions, I called the owner, and he did (a little grudgingly) text them to us. That being said, the inn is wonderful. We loved our room (Elizabeth) and the other amenities. Breakfast is at a nearby restaurant (crowded with some wait time). We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Great location convenient to GCSU and many restaurants, cafes, etc. Old house...quite quirky in some ways, but I'm into that. Rooms have cards that you can take to a local cafe (Local Yolkal) for free breakfast.
Cons: I have allergies, and there is a strong smell of some kind of potpourri throughout. There is also a little bit of road noise, but I don't know where that wouldn't be the case in town.
I would definitely stay there again.
