Poor hotel, flight got cancelled on me and hotel refused to refund me, wouldn’t recommend

The Idea San Siro hotel is situated quite outside Milan and has a shuttle to the nearest subway station from 8-11 and 19-22.
The room is pretty basic and the bathroom also accesibile. The air conditioning works quite good.
The wndow was closed, blocked.
There was no pool so no water sports.
Tv cable had international channels.
There was an office space.
Lights were quite good.

Il personale non è simpaticissimo (flessibilità di dieci minuti sul checkout e check in infinitamente lungo) detto questo c'è un ottima qualità prezzo anche se l'hotel non è ben collegato a centri di interesse

Me and my partner spent some time there. After leaving, we had forgotten a costly item at the hotel. Upon trying to reach them to retrieve said item, we were met with disinterest on their hand. We tried emails, calls and reaching out to them on social media, all to no avail. It's been a month since we haven't heard anything about said item, and we are honestly very dissapointed at how our situation was dealt with.

Siamo stati solo una notte. È andato tutto bene e le receptionist sono state molto carine e professionali. Le uniche due pecche sono state uno sportello della doccia rotto e una pungente e perenne puzza di fumo in camera. Nonostante ciò, ci ritornerei e lo consiglierei perché credo ne valga la pena sia per l’ubicazione che per la struttura stessa.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo alloggiato qui una notte.
Avevamo la macchina percui non abbiamo avuto grossi problemi per gli spostamenti ma, se avessimo dovuto utilizzare i mezzi, sarebbe stato difficile spostarsi.
La dimensione della camera era ok ma il letto piccolino e attaccato al muro; chi dormiva da quel lato, per scendere, doveva disturbare l'altro... molto scomodo.
Il soffitto era rovinato, così come il porta carta igienica.
La pulizia era accettabile ma non delle migliori.

Very good and clean and the staff is good but there wasn’t shower gell in the room and no hand soup but over all it was good experience
