Good and convenience office floor renovated hotel. Be careful when booking because normally the price show in website is one person. Bit tricky way. When I checked in due to 2 persons extra charge EUR48. In final that is not such reasonable price for choosing.

Was in Milan for a conference and needed a place to bed down for one night in a central location. Was surprised to find AHD in such a good location for a reasonable price. Everything is walking distance being round the corner from the Duomo. The rooms are clean modern and have everything you need for a short stay including a nice rain shower (if they can increase the water pressure it would be even better!). I did not face any difficulty finding the entrance using Google maps walking from San Babila metro stop. The reception is staffed till 11pm normally and the staff are friendly too.

Loud banging noise from construction next door all day from 8am. Also, room is way too too hot 28C all day. Aircon controlled by the front staff but they turn it off even if you ask to maintain. They will turn off before leaving at midnight before leaving for the night.

The place has a fantastic location, block away from the Duomo. The room (upgraded to an apartment) was new, neat, spacious, and included a jacuzzi. The staff was very friendly and catered to every need, throughout our week here. Highly recommended!

Convenient, comfortable, and room with a view! Marco made my visit exceptional. My room upgrade allowed me to soak my travel aches away in the jacuzzi tub, then venture out to visit the Duomo one block away. I could even view the Duomo from my room!

Ho soggiornato con mio marito il 29 febbraio solo per una notte,il nostro appartamento era il DUOMO ,chiamato così perché la vista dalle finestre è sul DUOMO ,proprio a due passi,parcheggio sotto all’appartamento ovvero alla rinascente. Vista fantastica e posizione strategica in pieno centro con tutte le comodità. Nonostante fossimo in pieno centro,c’era una tranquillità indescrivibile. Appartamento stupendo,pulizia impeccabile e….ciliegina sulla torta,l’accoglienza di Marco,gentilissimo,super disponibile,sorridente,simpatico..praticamente tutto perfetto. Esperienza indimenticabile!

Cuartos limpios aunque el baño no da privacidad sobretodo si estás en pareja. Muy amable Marco en recepción siempre presto para ayudarte. No es hotel son apartamentos. Muy bien ubicados eso sí, a metros del Duomo y todo lo turístico. Una buena opción para el viajero.

Nous voilà arrivé dans cet établissement avec une note sur un site concurrent de 9,2!!!! Surtout fuyez !!!! Une chambre froide sans « âme », une literie médiocre, aucun service, une chambre manquant d’hygiène et je ne vous parle pas de la salle de bain ou la douche fuit de parts et d’autres... Si je devais donnais un point positif ( et ce serait bien le seul) cela concernait l’emplacement car proche de la cathédrale et du Duomo. Nous avons payé 164 euros la nuit et même pas d’eau dans la chambre …. Enfin si payante dans le mini bar … Un parking payant à 50 mètres d’un tarif de 35 euros la journée et je passe le coup des bagages à porter jusqu’à l’hôtel sans aide proposé. Je voyage beaucoup et je peux vous assurer que le tarif est bien trop élevé pour une qualité de service inexistante, à ce prix il vaut mieux aller dans un palace Italien un peu « kitch » mais authentique doté d’une âme et d’une certaine qualité de service … Au moment où je vous rédige ce message je termine ma nuit dans cette établissement « arnaque touristique » et espère pouvoir aider les personnes en quête d’un établissement de qualité. Passez votre chemin si vous souhaitez un week-end romantique !

Le seul point positif c' est l'emplacement rien de mieux vraiment au centre ville de Milan le top des tops pour l'emplacement mais chère pour ce que c'est 500€ la nuit pas de petit déjeuner sur place ce n'est pas un hotel mais des apparts hotels par contra c'est l'idéal pour le centre ville et pas de parking appartenant à l'hôtel un parking à proximité à 32 euros par jour.

Ho soggiornato presso AHD dal 24/04/22 al 26/04/22 posto centralissimo praticamente a 50 mt dal duomo! La camera che ho prenotato era una deluxe con jacuzzi, la camera ampia e arredamento minimal e moderno, con tutti i comfort dall’angolo cucina alla jacuzzi, Bagno grande con doccia doppia con cromoterapia… letto comodissimo e infissi insonorizzati anche essendo centralissima la struttura non si sente assolutamente nulla, doppia finestra con affaccio laterale sul duomo… che cosa volere di più? Volevo ringraziare anche al personale della struttura sia la ragazza che ci ha accolto al check-in e al check out molto gentile e sempre disponibile, anche alla signora con i capelli argento molto disponibile a consigliarci trattorie tipiche milanesi, beh che dire ci vediamo alla prossima visita alla splendida Milano!
