Very suitable place for families to stay. As we stayed on the first floor, the apartment offers good amount of space and amenities for the price offered. There is kitchen and cooking appliances, including the cookware and cutlery. There are proper living and dining room, providing plenty of spaces to relax and unwind after a trip. Amazing proximity to Milan Centrale station.

Location was very close to station, safety also good as it is off to the side road rather than in front of station main area where many homeless people are.

辦入住的管家小哥超級熱情又幽默, 鉅細彌遺地介紹各種設施及重點, 簡直一場完美的入住導覽~酒點外觀像博物館, 就在中央車站左手邊出來3分鐘, 走去最近地鐵站和電車也只要1分鐘, 進房後有完美的的廚房用品和客廳, 超讚的房間及浴室, 還送貼心的零食大禮包及大瓶礦泉水, 更附有一堆轉接插頭, 簡直就是太貼心了; 中央車站地下一樓有Conad超方便~附近有一間Pasticceria Rovida早午餐特推薦~

中央駅と地下鉄の駅から近く、スタッフの方々も皆親切で、とても快適に過ごせました。チェックアウトの日に朝早かったので、直接お礼を伝えられませんでしたが、新しいホスピタリティにとても感謝しています。また今度は家族で伺いたいです。

Checking in was easy and staff was very friendly. We were arriving quite early, but we got our room right away, that was perfect. Room was big and spacious. Cleaning seemed to be ok, this was at the end only topic that I found complaining about. They should focus on details. Cooker hood was so dusty, that we were afraid to use it, just didn’t want to cause a fire with dusty hoover…. It’s small details with cleaning that they should focus on (broken vine glasses, cleaning the hoover, cleaning under a toilet seat, etc). Location of the apartment is very good. Closest metro is just behind the corner and walk to central station is only couple of minutes away. I can recommend this accommodation to everyone. Location is really good, service was amazing and room was big. Just little things with cleaning and I will give full 5 stars, now I’ll just give 4,5 😊

Perfect stay for us 3. Checkin: Easy and quick. We got our keys and into our room by the nice front office lady in 10 minutes. Location: Around the corner from Central Station. Perfect Location especially those with no car. It's has tons of restaurants and cafes around the building and at every corner you walk to. The main shopping area where you'll find OVS. ZARA, etc. Is a 3 minute train ride or 10 min walk. Room: Clean Large master bed with a small balcony Kitchen: Stocked with basic needs. Has full size fridge and a microwave and stove. Bathroom: Large and clean. Just a note the water to spill out when showering. AC and Heating: Heat doesn't get the rooms hot in the Winter months so we had a light sweater but we know from past experiences in Italy that's how most places are. Parking: Very hard to find. Most parking around is marked Yellow for residents and permit only. There is a paid parking lot next to the apt but only open til 1800. We found 24 hour parking 2min walk at Cristal Parking which was indoor, safe and easy to get to. Alot of high end cars parked here. Safety: very safe. Lots of commuters, business folks and locals. I walked to pick up food several times at 8-9 pm and lots of people out walking their dogs and going to restaurants (many restaurants reopen at 7p)

The location, service and accommodation was spot on. All of the relevant ancillaries such as kettle, coffee maker, fridge etc were provided and the staff were extremely helpful. We found it a superb base for exploring Milan. As it is situated very close to Central Station it is great for access.

Perfect for a stay in Milan. I could not fault the staff, they are friendly, approachable and helpful. They go out of the way to make sure you are okay and looked after. The apartment had everything you need. The location is the best part of the apartment. It is a one minute walk from Milan Grand Central train station which offers links to Venice, Florence and Lake Como with ease! It is also a stones throw from several metro stops so we were able to see so much of Italy smoothly. Would 100% recommend for a sight seeing holiday. Thank you to the staff for a fabulous stay.

Excellent Très bon accueil tres sympa toutes les explications nécessaires. Très bien situé. Proche la gare centrale . Très calme . Metro. Tram . Rapides pour aller au duomo etc... prendre une carte 3 jours ce n'est pas cher et très pratique. Nb : important : si vous prévoyez d'aller au lac de Côme faire un tour de bateau : éviter le dimanche ! C'est la folie , la moitié des habitants de Milan s'y donnent rendez-vous ! Petites supérettes à proximité. Restaurants : éviter autour de gare -même Tres chers et au moment de payer on vous dit que le lecteur de cb est en panne et il faut trouver 90 € en liquide ! Voir photo Par contre je conseille le bar Mogamo juste à côté pour l'aperitivo . 10 € pour un spritz et un bel assortiment de "tapas" Nous avions pris un appartement supérieur. Salon avec grande télé (aucune chaîne francaise mais on s'habitue !) Bon canapé. Grande table . Coin cuisine bien équipé : 2 plaques induction . Micro-ondes grill. grand réfrigérateur. (toute )Petite cafetière italienne ! Nb : Pas de grille-pain Vaisselle et casseroles : Très bien Poubelles avec tri TRÈS sélectif ! : Papier/carton - plastique/métal - verre - nourriture - et déchets divers = 5 poubelles. Une belle chambre avec petite télé. Bon matelas très bons oreillers couette chaude (et le chauffage fonctionne tres bien dans toutes les pièces - bons gros radiateurs en fonte) Belle salle de bains avec baignoire (eau bien chaude avec de la pression) Jeu de serviettes très complet. Petit sac de tulle avec savon gel douche shampooing coton tiges disques démaquillants charlotte . Sèche cheveux Nb : les wc ne sont pas séparés. Nb : les prises de courant,assez nombreuses , accueillent très bien les appareils français. Nb : le Wi-Fi fonctionne très bien dans le salon mais pas du tout dans la chambre. Nb : nous étions au 6e étage. L'ascenseur est une antiquité mais il fonctionne très bien.

Siamo stati in questo residence a metà aprile. È in una posizione fantastica. Se venite dall'aeroporto di Bergamo e usufruite della navetta, oppure se arrivate dalla stazione..lo troverete a pochi passi. È comodo perché è ben collegato, quindi tram o metro e tempo qualche minuto, arriverete in centro o in qualsiasi posto facilmente. Camere pulite e moderne. Con tutti i comfort. Abbiamo trovato persino il ferro da stiro e le ciabattine . Alla reception troverete una signora gentile, accogliente e alla mano pronta a rendere la vostra permanenza al top. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con una bambina, quindi tutto comodo anche per lei. Stra consigliato.

Buena ubicación,personal muy atento,la limpieza es muy mejorable sobre todo debajo de las camas,nos dejaron las ventanas que dan al exterior abiertas dos dias,todo lo demas muy bien,metro y supermercados muy cercanos.

El personal muy simpático y agradable,dispuestos para ayudarte en todo. La limpieza dejó mucho que desear,debajo de las camas corrían las pelusas como en el oeste!!! Incluso en el salon/comedor donde teníamos el sofá cama que supuestamente se puso a nuestra llegada tambien estaba sucio.Las persianas que dan al exterior,si las tocabas para cerrarlas se te quedaban las manos negras

Hemos estado 5 días alojados en un apartamento de un dormitorio y he de decir que cuentan con todo tipo de comodidades, realmente es como una casa. Salón - cocina bastante amplios. Colchón muy cómodo, pero almohadas muy blandas. Edificio antiguo, pero reformado, muy limpio. Entre semana limpian el apartamento, los fines de semana no. La ubicación es muy buena, a 3 min de la estación central y a 4 o 5 min de dos supermercados. Parada de metro justo saliendo del edificio que conecta con el Duomo. Si vuelvo a Milán, volveremos a quedarnos aquí.
