Nice, Friendly staff

很美的一個酒店像是走進了botanical garden比vizcaya的綠植好看因為很大（非常主觀vizcaya也很好看衹是我覺得這個的好些因為我喜歡大的植物），酒店房間也很特別，一切都是環繞熱帶雨林的主題，對面就是步行街晚上也特別熱鬧，唯一一點就是我真的討厭不套被子的酒店啊，他們套被子是兩張布被子下面一張上面一張，這樣很方便是的但是我真的很討厭被芯觸碰到皮膚的感覺啊！

非常非常的酒店 度過了開心的假期 大床超級舒服 倒時差神器 準備開學前住幾天就要開啟新學期了 明年再來住！

沒有早餐，酒店一般

We absolutely loved our stay. The room and decor were very beautiful and clean. The area has many great restaurants and shops within walking distance, across the street. There was a wedding going on in the arboretum inside the hotel and the doors to the rooms opened to this area which is open all the way to the roof of the hotel. It didn’t bother us because we were out until after the wedding ended but I can see it bothering people with small children

The staff was not very hornor about parking servise. The valet used the same parking lot cross street and charge $48/d and the self parking was $25 maximum per day. I used one day valet parking service and the rest time I did self parking but they charged 2 days valet service fee. The room was also very noisy with some ongoing construction work, even on Saturday morning so you can't get a good rest. The facility charge everything as 5 star hotel but the lobby and service was only 3 star level. I will not recommend this hotel to any friends. Also feel disappointed the ******* recommended this hotel to its VIP member.

requests were addressed quickly : - the in room steamers are not really well suited to mens business clothing, so front desk arranged iton/ironing board - fridge was not working, so engineering replaced it - ice was delivered but an ice machine for each floor would be easier

A great location in Coconut Grove with easy access to shopping and restaurants. We did not like the room. While spacious and well appointed, due to the design of the hotel, the rooms are extremely dark, even in the middle of the day. And there is not adequate lighting to make up for the lack of natural light. For this reason alone, I would not stay at the hotel again. The manager of the hotel was very friendly and helpful, but the rest of the staff seemed a bit out of it, or very new.

Staff were very helpful. We checked out at 11 but flight not until 8pm. They kept our bags while we did a college campus tour and then let us enjoy the roof deck pool until we left for our flight.

Traveling as mother of the bride. Bride and groom and many wedding guests also stayed here and we had a welcome brunch here. Service was exceptional from a seamless early check in with many, many bags, to immediate replies when a need arose, to a lovely afternoon by the pool, it could not have been a better stay. I have stayed here before and also had wonderful experiences, but never was it more important than this weekend- and the Mayfair team delivered

No WiFi in lobby which makes check-in challenging, especially when the hotel’s wireless credit card reader doesn’t function. Maid service finally showed up at 4pm. No “Clean my room / Do not disturb” sign was missing. Rooms are excessively dark with very confusing light switches. Party goers made lot noise in the middle of the night by pounding on doorways in the hallway with no response from management. If you want a spring break hotel with lots of partying and poor service, then this is your place!

Lovely hotel, wonderful service! It was a very clean facility & short walk to restaurants and shopping. The only thing I was not fond of was the dark hotel rooms. The rooms are painted a darker color orange with no overhead lights. It was great for sleeping but I didn't care for it during the daylight hours. Rooms were extremely clean and housekeeping did a great job! The pool area & bar was beautiful and hotel bar was great! Very friendly bar staff in both places.

We truly enjoyed our one night stay at the Mayfair. Such a timeless hotel and still very up to date. It was the second time for hubby and myself (after 18 years), but first time for our 15 year old. She absolutely loved it.

Beautiful inside and lush terrace. The service staff were outstanding very friendly always helpful very accommodating. The room is gorgeous. Wonderful blend to the preservation of deco and mid century. Coupled with modern needs. Elevators are confusing and a tad slow. Otherwise A+.
