If you want a room near the airport, this place is perfect. It's clean and comfy. The extra touches are nice. I've never seen a whieboard or exercise equipment in a room before.

位置離機場近，房間蠻大的，床是1.5的，衞生間有玻璃門，房間裏還有瑜伽墊什麼的，衞生還不錯，比downtown住的希爾頓還乾淨，哈哈哈。餐廳可以點餐，我們買的含兩份早餐，第三天早上退房趕飛機，服務員給我們打包了，點贊，就是吐司兩天都烤的有點焦。

Hotel serve de acomodação para profissionais de ************, que incomoda estar em família no restaurante ou na recepção e vivenciar constantemente pessoas semi nuas entrando e saindo, sem falar conversas muito altas na madrugada. Apesar de quarto e banheiro muito limpos e reformados e cama confortável, eu não voltaria mais. Fiquei com vergonha de levar minha esposa e criança pequena para ver determinadas cenas.

房間噪音很大 不知道是什麼機器的聲音 跟前台説了好幾次 説派人上來看 都沒見人來 一直到下半夜噪音才關掉 不然這一晚上就別睡了 床上很多小黑點 因為房間燈光很昏暗看不清是什麼 害怕是床蟲 因為帶了一次性床上用品 就套了隔離了一下 不推薦這家

房間一般，服務一般，離開市中心比較近

酒店位置很不錯，距離機場很近，酒店有專門的巴士來回與機場之間，對於乘坐飛機的旅客非常方便，酒店的客房面積很大，裝修的很現代。

硬件和地理位置都一般，平時吃飯不方便，，但是早餐真的是超預期的，非常不錯

Pros: The hotel location is great if you’re looking for something very close to the airport. Shuttle was a plus! Cons: the hotel itself isn’t very clean. I don’t think my bedsheets were fresh! When I went to get into bed, I saw a deep red bloodstain on the sheets and they were wrinkled. The blood didn’t look like it was an old stain that has been washed out, it looked like the sheets were never changed between the last customer and myself. I called the front desk and they didn’t sound shocked or apologetic— but I was able to get a new room thankfully (the least they could do). The new bed felt like it was sleeping in a canoe, no joke, but at least the sheets looked clean. Thankfully I was only staying one night before my early morning flight.

I was pleased when the airline placed me here as a result of a delayed flight as I had stayed here before and had an excellent stay. I waited for the shuttle bus in the hotel pickup area at the airport - two rounds of every other hotel bus went by with no sign of the EVEN bus. I tried calling the hotel and was on hold for 6+ minutes but no one ever answered and the bus finally came after 45 minutes. It could not however accommodate everyone needing to get on and someone mentioned there was another stop that people were also waiting. The driver basically said “well they will just have to wait another 20 minutes”. He was also using his cell phone while driving, no welcome, no greeting. The front desk staff barely looked up, no greeting, just asked for credit card for a deposit, gave me the form to sign and handed me a key. The room they gave me was occupied. Again they never looked up. Never apologized. Just took my key and handed me another one. As someone who is a former sales and service trainer in hotels, I totally get that they are busy but that doesn’t excuse no basic courtesy. It’s an airport hotel and management need to make sure they are staffed to answer phones and handle guest arrivals. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable but the hot water pressure (7th floor) was minimal. The bright spot was the 2 ladies at breakfast who were welcoming and smiling. (Rosanna and Gina). The service and food were great. The shuttle bus driver on the return to the airport was much more agreeable.
