From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and impeccable service that you and your team provided. However, I must highlight a few specific instances where your dedication to customer satisfaction truly shone through. One of the most notable experiences I had during my stay was the prompt and efficient assistance I received with a number of issues that arose. I was particularly impressed by the way in which your staff went above and beyond to resolve my concerns. For example, when I encountered a problem with a parcel delivery, your team quickly sprang into action and ensured that the matter was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Additionally, when I discovered a small issue with the bath vasin in my room, your maintenance staff was immediately dispatched and the problem was fixed without delay. I would also like to take this opportunity to specifically mention two of your exceptional staff members, Angela and her manager. Both of these individuals went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Angela, who was my front desk representative, was incredibly helpful and attentive, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had with a smile and a friendly demeanor. In conclusion, I cannot thank you and your team enough for the outstanding service and hospitality that I received during my recent stay at Swissotel HK Macau Centre Beijing. Your dedication to customer satisfaction, as well as the exceptional work of your staff members such as Angela and her manager has left a lasting impression on me. Close to the nearest subway station. Can early check-in. The staff will make up your room everyday without telling them to do so.

The location is great

Very clean hotel and quiet hotel. Unfortunately the Air condition was already turned off even it was still 25 degrees outside temperature so the room was a bit too warm. Bathroom a bit small. Overall a good hotel.

I recently stayed at The Swissotel Beijing Hong Kong Macau Center and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and impeccable service. The room was spacious for 2 persons and clean. Aircon can be warm & stuffy and can't do anything about it as it is centrally controlled. Public transport is a breeze with the metro station right in front of the hotel. While the hotel is not located at the city center, it is good enough for us given the metro station 2 mins away. Some eatries and 7/11 behind the hotel.

It was a great experience to stay at Swissotel. The location was excellent as it had the subway at the door. The service was great, they allowed me to check-out late without additional charge and the breakfast was amazing. All in all a great experience and highly recommended.

I initially booked a room at Atour Hotel, but due to poor service and hygiene, I made a last-minute switch to this hotel. The change was worth it— the service here was great, the hygiene was good, the breakfast was delicious, and it's conveniently close to downtown. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location for me visiting Beijing for a musical show at Poly Theatre which is across the road. It's also super convenient as the MTR exit is right opposite the hotel entrance. Reception area is bright and big but, in my opinion, the receptionists need a little more training on serving guests in more pleasant manner though. Still, the waiters/waitresses in their restaurants are probably better-trained with excellent manner. I have booked a premium twin room which is on 9/F. Room is clean and tidy while the room size is good enough for 2 persons staying. Worth-mentioning that their bed sheets are soft and smooth which is definitely value-added.

It was a wonderful experience. The rooms are tidy, everything is clean and the reception is always there for you. I definitely recommend this hotel!

After a long time, I stayed at a hotel in China where every staff member spoke English and accompanied me well. It was the first time for me to stay at a Swissotel but I know quite well the All Accor group. The check-in and check-out were fast; they even helped me with my luggage! The room was quite hot due to Beijing's central heating policy, so Mr. Spring Si ensured I got a room where the temperature was 22℃, and I was immediately very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! Yes, it's a little pricey but I think it's quite worth it for the wonderful experience. I will stay again.

Staff were quite helpful with the reception being manned 24/7. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the Line 2 Dongzhimen Entrance (unfortunately closed when we stayed due to ongoing maintenance). Approximately a 25min walk to Sanlitun and a 17min car ride to the Forbidden City and surrounds including Tiananmen Square. Rooms were well maintained with daily make up; maybe it was due to us checking in at midnight but we ran into some issues such as the bathroom door not working properly, maintenance crew were able to remedy it at 1am. One of the rooms I booked didn’t get cleaned in time for our check in and we were able to change rooms the following morning with no additional charges. Overall quality of the hotel is good, hotel breakfast is the best option considering food options nearby are nearly 1km away (******* takeaway is possible too). On the morning of checkout, we checked out prior to breakfast being served and the hotel were kind enough to provide us takeaway breakfast to replace our breakfast tickets for the morning. Overall 4.5/5

Location is good. Comfortable bed. There is a metro station in front of the hotel.
