房間太小，早晨較差，設施一般，性價比低。

Hampton inn歡朋酒店位於邁阿密東部的中海灘，不遠處有楓丹白露酒店。房間還算乾淨，海灘酒店比較貴些。

房間很不錯，邁阿密是度假聖地。key west小島開車大概4小時左右。

Overall good experience however i was informed that housekeeping will be every other day - that day we went to the beach and were not in the room all day and found out upon arrival to the room that it was not cleaned at all - and we did not have toilet paper or fresh towels. Upon bringing this up to the front desk I was informed that we supposedly denied the cleaning - I was very upset about this and the person behind the desk had a bad attitude about this - ver bad attitude. I believe just because we were checking out next day our room was not clean as we had friends in other two room that were checking out next day as well and their rooms were also not cleaned but they were told that cleaning was not finished yet - even though it was the same time and I was told cleaning crew was already gone. this is horrible practice by this hotel and my room was not cleaned and I was called a liar at the end since the person at the desk told me that I have denied cleaning - how is this possible as I had no clean towels or toilet paper left in the room ? this ruin my overall very good experience with this hotel and I am sure to make others aware of this.

Not a lot of food options around the area. The pizza restaurant in the hotel is yummy. We took the trolley down to south beach to eat every night since it had more options but this hotel is so close to the beach and worth what you pay for

The staff was very professional, and it was right one block from the beach room also looked very nice and clean

no parking for my truck, no bar and it says that it has a bar ,outelts at the room broken ,no room service ,the park attendant had atitud when i ask why i cant park my car

You could take the Collins Express next block over to ride for free.CVS just next door which was great.

Pricey for a Hampton Inn but it is Miami Beach. Had to stay for a convention in town. Wasn’t sure where to park had no signs but we found it ourselves. Shower curtain was annoying didn’t stay in place. Water got on the floor. However, Luz the front desk girl was great. Very accommodating and got us checked in early.

Property was clean and up keep. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We stayed for 5 days, we had no issues.

This hotel’s location is perfect. Located steps away from the mid-beach, we chose this hotel for our 2-day layover before a cruise. The building may appear aged on the exterior but the interior is modern and clean. The rooms are small, which is customary to the area. The wifi, fridge, a/c and amenities all worked well. There’s a good variety of foods for the breakfast and a quick inexpensive pizza restaurant on the 1st floor. The only downside is that there’s just one elevator, and it’s busy.
