I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel, and I can't speak highly enough of my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The rooms were immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and featured all the modern amenities one could wish for. The facilities, including the spa and pool, were top-notch and provided a welcome retreat after a day of exploring. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly Hedi, the hotel butler. Hedi's attention to detail and commitment to excellence were unparalleled. He anticipated my needs before I even expressed them and ensured that every aspect of my stay was flawless. His warm personality and professional demeanor made me feel genuinely cared for and truly enhanced my overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. It was an unforgettable stay, and I will definitely return. We recently had the pleasure of staying at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay to celebrate my son's birthday, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. I made a last-minute booking on the same day as our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised that they accepted our request without any hassle. Upon entering our beautifully appointed room, we were delighted to find a complimentary cake for my son, complete with colorful balloons to celebrate his special day. This thoughtful gesture truly made our stay memorable! The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we could ask for, including beach robes, spa robes, beach slippers, and room slippers, which added an extra touch of comfort to our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the on-site dining options. We enjoyed the dinner buffet, which, while a bit on the pricey side, was absolutely worth it! The variety of seafood and other dishes was impressive, and the beautiful view while dining made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was also a treat, offering a wide selection of both Western and Asian dishes. An added bonus was the beach located right next to the hotel, which had a kids' play area and swings. It was the perfect spot for my son to have some fun and enjoy the outdoors. While the hotel is a bit removed from the city center, it only took about 20 minutes by taxi to get there. We also ventured to a nearby bar area, just a short 15-minute ride away, where we enjoyed shisha and the beautiful night views. Overall, our stay at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and best hotel for kids ✨

Super nice hotel! Everything was nice. The room was very spacious, clean and had the amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend.

I have placed a hotel booking through trip.com for a room in Angsana Zhuhai Phoneix Bay. We arrived the hotel at 3 pm but there is no packing lot and when we parked the car and checked in, the staff told me that the room is still not available and we have to wait for 40 mins. Finally we can get the room at around 5pm. It took 2 hours longer than the expected checkin time, i.e. 3 pm.  We just left our luggage in the room and then we had to go out for dinner. Before we planned to go swimming to enjoy the facility of the hotel but there is no time allowing us to enjoy the swimming pool anymore. Even the staff told us that we can have late check out at 2:30pm on the next day, we can’t enjoy it because we had other planned activities. At the end we checkout at 12:30pm. The staff offered us the Patio Pool Room but the in room pool is so dirty and full of leaves. We can’t use it at all. The cleanliness of the hotel facility draw us attention. In the next morning, someone outside the pool came inside our garden and knocked the window of our room. It was so loudy and woke all of us up. We were so scare so we did not open the curtain to see what happened outside. Luckily we locked the window so no one can come inside. We have concern of the security of the hotel. Honestly, it was a very bad experience for this stay. Angsana is such a world class and famous resort hotel.  We never expect that we paid higher price comparing with other 5 stars hotel in Zhuhai but we cannot enjoy the facility and do not feel relax at all. It really disappointed us. I hope the service level for this hotel can get improvement so that all the guests can have better service in the hotel.

A nice and quiet place for vacation. I booked this hotel again and still have excellent experience. It was a very good vacation for my family. Special thank for the manger Adrian, his is friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel. The pool is superb. Good for chill and relax in the hotel all day long. Love it. Will back again for sure.

Went with my mum for a weekend. Service on the whole is above average. Good welcome drinks, snacks and two welcome bracelets. Very nice. Was more impressive with the dinner buffet booked upon checking in. Highly recommend! Lots of varieties, seafood, sashimi, fruits, cheese plates, etc. The pools are clean, staff at pool side are quite nice (but quite passive, only help guests when approached). The lobby lounge, however, wasn’t very clean. There were fruit peels, dots of unknown water drops on different outdoor tables and chairs, and they were left there for more than an hour unattended. That to me was not acceptable, for such a good hotel. I like the free photo-taking session offered by the hotel, though. We had some memorable pretty photos taken! Nice. All in all would recommend.

Quite a nice hotel with beach and swimming pool facilities. Thai restaurant was so-so and expensive. Bar has a nice view with live music, but drinks were pretty bad.

Everything about this resort is simply amazing and worthed the stay. We were 2 adults and 2 kids stayed in Patio Pool Room - Twin which was just right opposite the swimming pool entrance. We had the patio pool in our room. the kids non stop kept going from the patio pool to the swimming pool on and off. The best part was the slide in the swimming pool. we had So much fun. The bathroom and bathtub was huge and comfortable. The food selection in the buffet breakfast was not bad. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this resort. Will be back soon for sure !

I highly recommend Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay resort if you visit Zhuhai. The experience was splendid, every details from the beautiful design of the resort to the service of each staff was over my expectation. The Spa of the hotel is great, the therapists are very skillful and the atmosphere very relaxing. I went in March, it still a bit cold to swim but their pool is very nice. I loved the spacious rooms and the sea view from all them. The live band at the bar terrace was great entertainment. I want to say special thanks to Adrian, Manager at the reception, he was very helpful and friendly with us. Hoping to stay again at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay very soon. Chi Man
