The apartament is big and very comfortable. Has everything to cook. The swimming pool are is amazing for kids. Really recommend

It’s in a great location and still has a friendly feel. However apartment we were allocated was tired and lacking in kitchen appliances and utensils.
No aircon in bedrooms a further negative. For the price per night, we’d look elsewhere next time.

Beautiful grounds and pools. Top floor with no lift not convenient for older people

Great set up for families, the two pools were a hit. Staff were fantastic, friendly and approachable.

We love Grande Florida and have stayed a few times. The choice of pools are amazing and we love the location. Things are getting a little 'tired' though, and really need an update. Wouldn't stop us from coming.

Great location- beach across the road, great coffee shop next door, groceries just down the road. Our unit was tired but spacious. Kids loved the pool. We would definitely stay again.

All staff were SUPER friendly & helpful. Went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. Will definitely be coming back!

Second time staying here in 4 months. Only issue is wear and tear on appliances and floor could do with a sweep.
But we came back because the place in general is ideal for a family stay.

We always stay here & love the 2 large pools & BBQ areas, but it is getting a little bit dated ,easy close walk to the beach and coffee shops

Love this place. It’s the only place I stay when I go the Queensland. The pool area is great and location to the beach is perfect. The only problem I had this time my apartment I was has was very very basic and old. I had to buy cooking utensils just to be able to cook, the fridge didn’t close properly and the dishwasher handle was broken so it was very hard to open once it was finished. Never had a problem with this resort before so I would still go back just not the apartment number.
