Overall: A great value for the price you pay. Pros: - One of the more affordable hotel options in CDMX. - Excellent location, just a 15-minute walk to the Palacio de Bellas Artes, making it very convenient for sightseeing. - Clean facilities with reliable room service and consistently friendly staff. - Complimentary bottled water provided daily. Cons: - The surrounding area doesn’t feel very safe, with a noticeable presence of homeless individuals. - Breakfast was disappointing; but limited and very basic selection. - Shower towels appeared old and heavily worn.

Try to check in just before 5 pm and the room was not ready. Had to wait 30 minutes and there was a carnival right outside the hotel until 2 am blasting very loud music. And the toilet did not work with the flush. The room was quickly clean by spraying overpowering liquid air freshener all over the room floor bedding, and bathroom which gave me allergies and was very hard to breathe! There was no glass door on the shower so water sprayed all over the bathroom.

The neighborhood is difficult to reach in some hours, i arrived and some streets were closed under maintenance, from being few blocks it took me around an extra hour to reach the place also the taxi fee, take into account the place is next to bars and music because it is noisy during nights, and the a/c was not properly working, no towels on arrival too i had to request them

El hotel bien, solo que en esta ocasión la máquina del café estaba descompuesta. El aire acondicionado no sirve, si bien te avisan desde que te dan la habitación, hay momentos en que se encierra mucho el calor.

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre. C’est dommage. Sinon, c’est parfait.

Muy buena atención falto clima un poco caluroso pero de ahí excelente

방이 넓직하게 큽니다 물도 공짜로 제공합니다. 광장에 마리아치들과 술집 음악소리가 시끄러울 수 있습니다. 놀기 좋습니다.

房間衞生還不錯，位置也不錯，但是窗户很奇葩，有更好選擇的話，下次不住了

Отдыхали с семьёй, очень понравлися отель , чисто,приветливый персонал, уборка каждый день. Рядом площадь Гарибальди , много магазинчиков,кафешки. Нам все понравилось.
