I checked in 2-3 days late due to emergency and they said all 4 nights bookings were cancelled, even I still have two more nights to stay. They refused to refund as well, so I just paid for an half day stay cause I was supposed to have a flight at night and they charged almost full, receptionist was never kind to tell me that difference is just little for an overnight stay. So decided to stay overnight cause I re-scheduled my flight the next day, cause I had a meeting and I won’t catch my flight, then when I returned back to the hotel, bought a water they asked for the room number and new receptionist told me that I should have checked out cause there’s a note that I can only stay until 6 or 7PM, I checked in at 2PM, lol. Paid almost 70USD for that, then I told them to extend until next day at 2:00PM, then they charged me for another almost 80USD. No consideration at all, will definitely ask the booking app to ask for the 4 nights stay refund that was unused that they refused to refund, they said it’s no show already even I showed up on the 3rd day. Lol. Kinda scam tactic. And I hate it. I just let it go.

Service was horrible. First day we arrived, there was no hot water in the entire building. Service staff at front desk were rude and very unprofessional. Avoid staying at this hotel.

Location and Hotel in general is great! Room city views are beautiful. Shared amenities with Double Tree, swimming pool has extra cost. Some personnel attitude a little dissapointing. Overall a nice experience.

Good hotel, easy access but not a lot of things around in walking distance. Very clean rooms, amenities as expected. Recommended to ask for upper floors to Avoid noise from restaurants nearby.

The hotel is safe and clean. The price is very competitive. Plus the free packing. Awesome.

not many food around

挺好就是有點舊，有洗髮露，肥皂，身體乳，衣架，熨斗，冰箱，咖啡機，但拖鞋水壺都沒有，落地窗，不能開有點悶，空調不是太熱就是太冷

房間挺大，床鋪也很寬敞。高樓層的景觀不錯。就是設施有些老舊。幸好沒有什麼損壞的。

就在展館後面 五分鐘走路就到了 價格公道方便 就是早餐很簡陋

Lo malo de este hotel son los baños, se sale.el agua de la regadera y esta demasiada obscura las entradas para los vehículos. De ahí en fuera, bien en general.

房間隔音差，隔壁房間一動我房間的床頭燈就響，空調噪音也大。落地玻璃，實在熱

這個酒店的大門，在很偏僻的地方，需要上很高的坡。每次叫uber，當地司機繞來繞去都找不到酒店門口，要跟着導航繞好幾圈，特別麻煩。就算有導航也很迷惑。真是很令人煩惱。 其次，酒店的網絡也很差勁，每次從外面回來，都需要重新登錄連接。網絡也慢

如果是商務差，santa fe這個區域相對來説還是偏遠了點 酒店環境和房間OK 對於亞洲人來説，早餐一般，是在隔壁酒店一起吃 最無語的是，一共住兩晚，第二晚房間WiFi一直沒網絡，前台給的解決方案是，不知道啥時候修好，建議去旁邊酒店的大堂蹭網🫠🙄😂
