been here a lot of times, all i can say Is the place is just right for its price. the room Is Big tv is working Airconditioning is Good Wifi is good but disconnects sometimes Amenities are Complete from soap , Shampoo toothpaste , water etc. location is Good there is also a restaurant at ground floor only thing that i hate is - theres no hot shower - no elevator - Been In 3rd and 4th floor rooms and There is always a lot of small Cockroaches

The hotel is nice kaya lang ang hirap matunton dahil papasok pa from the hi-way. I had a hard time carrying our luggage to and from the 4/F dahil hagdan lang at walang staff na nag-aassist especially if naghahabol ng flight during wee hours. Sana may sign board from the outside. Overall, worth nmn sa price.

The place is quite during our stay for 3days. The restaurant food was a bit pricey for its quality. No elevator in this place, make sure to consider it and be physically fit in booking in this hotel. There are small cockroaches inside the room. Bathroom floor was not good.

Everything is good except there’s no elevator.

PROS: 1. Security - the hotel is beside the grand lodge kaya sobrang secured, 24/7 yung mga security guards. 2. Complimentaries - with free 2 bottles of water, tissue, toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and soap), with towels. 3. Price - cheapest hotel near Sm City Manila, less than 1k per night lang, super affordable 4. Hot Shower - Good thing na may hot shower, kasi makakaligo ka kahit malamig 5. Concierge - mabait naman yung concierge and nag ssmile naman CONS: 1. No elevator - 4-storey yung hotel so if you are with a senior or pwd, not reco ito kase walang elevator 2. Smell - amoy kulob yung room, then yung mga unan, maasim yung amoy, feel ko luma na yung mga punda, tinigyawat din ako, pinapalit namin yung mismong unan pero mas malala yung pinalit nila huhu 3. Insects - madaming insects sa loob ng room ko huhu, please schedule a pest control, andaming gumagapang, even sa cr, parang mini crickets, dami ko ring insect bites 4. Location - around the area, walang malapit na fast food na walking distance, yung pinaka kainan is sa baba ng hotel, which is medyo pricey yung foods, pero around the area walang makakainan na resto, medyo papasok yung location. 5. No Amenities - walang amenities yung hotel, tulugan lang talaga siya, walang common area, even rooftop, wala. 6. Slow Internet Connection - don't try to bring laptop without bringing pocket wifi, sobrang bagal ng internet connection, all throughout my stay, naka mobile data lang ako and hotspot huhu, super struggle sa signal. 7. Noisy - since katabi ng grand lodge, kapag may event, sobrang ingay, then wala din mapaparkingan pag may event, hassle. CONCLUSION: If you are looking for affordable hotel na pag sstayan near SM City Manila, this is the cheapest na makukuha mo na medyo decent.. But don't expect with the quality. If maarte ka like me, matatrauma ka 😂. To the management, Hopefully maresolve yung issue sa insects and sa smell. Please don't sacrifice the cleanliness for the sake of affordability. You

the bed is still dirty and when we ask to replace the beddings it took 3 hours for them to do it.
