I booked the hotel just for the location. But to get to the hotel the elevators didn’t work, too expensive to get that kind of service

Located inside the airport, this hotel is excellent for an overnight stay to catch a flight the next day on time. Food and services are excellent

There are two terminals. If your flight arrives at the wrong side there are only hourly shuttles to the other side. This has more to do with the airport but it is still a mess. Directional signage is poor.

No es mi primera ves hospedando me en este hotel. Es increíblemente práctico para cuando tu vuelo sale o llega de madrugada. Por lo general es buen hotel. Reserve una habitación con 2 camas queen ya que nos hospedamos mi esposo, mi hijo y yo. Esta vez no estuve satisfecha con la limpieza y mantenimiento de la habitación. Las ventanas estaban sucias. Se veían huellas de manos y caras en ellas. Era una habitación con vista a la pista de despegue (por la cual pagué una tarifa más elevada). La ventana era doble, así que tenía doble vidrio. Una de las ventanas no se abría, lo cual entiendo por cuestiones de seguridad y la segunda si se abría, me imagino que es para poder ver la pista mejor. En ambos vidrios se veían las huellas de manos y cara. Cómo si simplemente no se limpiaron entre un huésped y otro. En la habitación hacían falta ciertas amenidades como toallas y secadoras de cabello. Mientras que entiendo que es un hotel donde rara vez uno se hospeda por más de 1 noche y que uno debe de ser consciente del medio ambiente me disgustó que sólo había 2 toallas. Ni siquiera había una toalla para manos. Solicité 1 toalla extra y me pa trajeron pero si tuvimos que esperar para que llegara y eso causó demoras en nuestro itinerario. Yo me tuve que ir sin poderme secar el cabello pues no había secador. Algo que si me molestó pues odio volar con el pelo mojado pero ya no tuve tiempo de solicitar uno. Por último y esto ya lo elevador para llegar al hotel desde muy viejo y lento

Tenía dudas acerca de mi llegada al hotel desde la terminal 2 del aeropuerto y hablando a recepción me atendieron muy amablemente y muy paciente me explicó la opción aerotren.

I arrived late in the evening and was given a handicapped room, the only one available. When my son arrived, we discovered that there was no door on the bathroom! Unacceptable!

Scarce and in bad condition towels, guests were super loud in the middle of the night.

Very noisy. You can hear everything in your room (people walking, talking, etc).

Las almohadas y sábanas manchadas de catsup, cabellos en las almohadas, consumibles como papel higiénico y pañuelos desechables por termin****, acceso complicado por un solo elevador para tres personas. Ruido entre las habitación.

The air conditioner in the room that was so loud , they told me at the front desk That it was coming from the airport and there was no way to shut it off. Terrible noise that kept me up all night and a bad smell. I don’t think this is healthy for customers. I am Particularly sensitive . , granted.

It was very easy to get to the hotel after our flight
