The host's welcome was warm and friendly from the first moment. He provided me with all the information I needed to get to the accommodation and was available for any questions I had. Arriving at the apar**ent, I was struck by its impeccable cleanliness and the attention to detail in the furnishings. This immediately created a welcoming and comfortable a**osphere, just like being at home.

We traveled with two children (3 and 5 years old) and stayed a single night. The room was very cosy, we felt at home straight away. It was VERY CLEAN and comfortable. There were books in the room and many nice details. The breakfast was okay and the staff was very nice. We went out to eat and there were good restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend an overnight stay here.

Spacious, airy, bright room equipped with every necessary comfort. A big thumbs up for the particularly large bathroom. Location of the structure surrounded by nature and far from urban chaos. Good, diversified buffet breakfast with a choice of sweet and savory options.

Amazing neighborhood full of greenery, with private gated property. Perfect for people who want to live their dreams away from the city, exactly what I was looking for. Very clean and cozy. Rich any yummy breakfast. Nice and very helpful staff. A car is a must here, if you want to spend sometimes in the down town, the property is almost 15 min away from the center.

You MUST stay here if you are in Bologna. It’s right on the outskirts so you won’t have the busy city life. It’s absolutely stunning. I rented room 0. It’s very big. Beautiful views. The bed is super comfortable. It has a kitchenette. The hills with the wine vineyards is amazing. They serve an amazing breakfast in the morning. They host is quick to respond. The people are so kind. I would never leave if I didn’t have too. The bathroom is stunning.

The accomodation is very nice and at a great value. The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms are spatious and have very comfy beds. Attached to the rooms are excellent bathrooms. In the morning there is an option to have breakfast. The breakfast served is amazing.

The location is delightful, among the countryside and hills around Bologna. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The breakfast was really plentiful and with a wide choice. The staff were very kind and friendly with children. An excellent base for those like us who had a long way to go to reach our holiday destination.

The structure is very beautiful. We stayed in the attic and sleeping while seeing the roof made of wooden beams was nice. The room was huge, we were very comfortable with the spaces and the bathroom was clean, well equipped and spacious. The instructions for automatic check-in (we arrived very late and left very early for our needs) were very clear and simple as was the payment method. The staff was very friendly although we have never met them in person. They prepared us a very respectable breakfast complete with pancakes and things ready in the fridge. Really excellent

The building and its interior design is a really nice combination of old traditions and modern lifestyle. There is enough room for parking behind the closed gate. The host suggested a nice, familial restaurant for dinner, visited mostly by local people. The a**osphere was fascinating. Breakfast was surprisingly abundant and manifold.
