I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa and I must say, it was a truly splendid experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service that made me feel instantly welcomed. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the executive housekeeper, Mr. Gagandeep Chugh. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort were truly commendable. His professionalism and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms at the hotel were incredibly comfortable, with beds that were like sleeping on a cloud. I must admit, the comfort was so amazing that I found it difficult to wake up early enough to try the breakfast buffet. However, I have no doubt that it would have been as delightful as the rest of my stay. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. Situated along the beautiful Messilah Beach, the views were breathtaking. Whether it was lounging by the pool or taking a stroll along the beach, there was always a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Overall, my experience at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Kuwait. Thank you to Mr. Chugh and the entire staff for making my stay truly unforgettable.

Every thing was nice except the door access was not working for many rooms that we reserved. Breakfast was amazing.

Amazing staff who go above and beyond beyond to assist and make your stay more comfortable. The lovely towel art done by the wonderful housekeeper Rajesh makes my day and I keep the lovely messages he writes safe in my book. Beautiful hotel excellent food and comfortable stay. Great facilities, pool, beach side cafe, spa, cafes and had everything we needed. Staff were attentive and polite and went above and beyond. Special mention to Tanbir who cleaned our room, provided us with extra toilet roll we needed , thank you for being so polite Tanbir.

A very nice elegant and comfortable property. The staff is attentive, personable and aims to please. The Housekeeping is timely, immaculate and they go the extra mile. Really appreciated the lavender sachets tied to the clothes hangers in the closet. As you hang your clothes the lavender fragrance infuse the clothes. Such a fine touch appreciated by the ladies. My charging cords were all tangled up and they organized them with a Velcro. The Director of Housekeeping has done an excellent job. Thank you to Mr. Chug. The food varieties and quality during breakfast and dinner buffet were more than satisfactory. The service was awesome and the chefs are really talented. Here is something that really struck me … while relaxing at the beach, they provide complimentary cool drinking water besides the chairs and towels. Much appreciated. Lovely hotel catering to comfort and pleasure. They also have a huge pool are for kids. Yup, give this property a try….you will enjoy every minute.

Somewhat disappointed with this stay. For some reason the receptionist decided to give a family with 2 children a smoking room right from the get go. After complaining we were quickly moved to another room, however, the AC wasn’t working in the living room. We were offered to change again but we refused after having moved once already and just stayed in the bedroom section of our room where the AC was working. The table in the living as we walked by was a tripping hazard. It was flat on one side and my husband tripped and almost broke his knee. We moved it to the end of the room and found a used “cigarette” butt under the table after we moved it. The rest of the room and bathroom and kitchen were clean and spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was ok. The facilities were good.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the team at Jumeirah Kuwait Hotel for my amazing and unique experience during my stay. The service was excellent, and the place was quiet and beautiful, making my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend the hotel. Booked a suite for 4 but I got a room with 2 beds only. It took me 2 hours to keep calling different staff members to convince them to bring extra beds for my kids. It was bad experience especially in front of my kids. It 5 stars hotel and I was expecting to arrive and the room ready.

I visited the Jumeirah Hotel to celebrate my son's birthday, and I was amazed by the reception and hospitality, starting with the lovely receptionist Katrina, who sent a beautiful cake and a bouquet of flowers to our room to celebrate the birthday. Additionally, the housekeeping staff, Asghar and Bosco, were extremely kind and did their job perfectly.

My family and I spent this weekend at the resort on the occasion of our son's wedding in Al-Masila Hall. We stayed in eight suites and apartments. Unfortunately, our experience at the resort was not satisfactory, and the main reason was the way most of the resort's employees treated us, starting with the rude receptionist (I have his name and the names of the employees who were with him), to the waiters at the breakfast restaurant, to the manager of the outdoor seating department, who spoke to us in a very provocative manner that we do not accept. The goal of spending the time after the wedding at the resort was to relax and rest, but unfortunately the provocative treatment of the resort's employees ruined our vacation, and we vowed to ourselves that we would not stay at the hotel again.

We arrived early at the hotel at 8.45am and were allowed an early check in free of charge which we really appreciated after an overnight flight from the UK. Thanks to Krystina from the Reception desk who was very helpful. We were given a room with a sea view and the room had all the facilities you find in all good 5 star hotels. The gym is open from 6.00am and has everything you find in a 5 star gym. I like an early work out before Breakfast. The Breakfast offered in the Garden Cafe is out of this world and we found all the staff in the cafe/hotel very hospitable and friendly. What really made our stay in the hotel was the SPA which was available from 10.00am until 10.00pm every day. There are separate SPA facilities for men and women. The hydro pool (heated mini swimming pool with various Jacuzzi points around the pool to massage all areas of your body), steam room, sauna, frozen room and relaxation areas are all free of charge. If you want a massage you have to pay for it. Trust me, you won't need a massage after the hydro pool. The hotel also has 2 outdoor heated swimming pools, one which is an infinity pool and is child friendly, it's own secluded beach area, a tennis court etc. The hotel is only situated 10-15 mins from the airport and 15-20 mins from Kuwait city. We stayed for 4 days and 4 nights and would like to thank Soumya who cleaned our room on a daily basis for doing such a good job. Thanks also to all the staff in the hotel who made our stay memorable. We will definitely be back next year.
