The motel is relatively old but main issue was the road works during all the night long! Hotel should inform not only about works but that all night long it will be noisy!

Good location motel for families, in front of Gold Coast Highway that close to the bus stop to go to airport or to the boardbeach south, where we can easily hop in to the trem / bus to central (surfer paradise, carvill / cypress ave) or Movie World. The motel have swimming pool and big bed with complete facilities for families (netflix, iron, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, utensils) and also has a 70 model bathroom in very clean condition. Besides hotels they have 24 night owl supermarket and many restourante (italia, japanese, ice cream etc) with 5 mins walk distance to Mermaid beach at the end of the road.

Very clean, it was a nice stay. Pool was heated too which is a big plus. Thanks! We will be back!

Not bad very old motel.

中規中矩，性價比不錯，房間有微波爐，冰箱，各種餐具。有游泳池，海邊也很近，就是距離核心繁華區大概6公里，不過對於自駕來講，不是問題！

The unit was adequate for our stay. The only complaint was the carpet was very stained and didn’t feel clean, although it may not have been unclean, it was hard to tell.

The property was sufficient for our needs. It wasn’t overly dirty but just run down, old and in need of renovation especially the bathroom. Shower curtains in hotels don’t ever feel hygienic and the whole room could do with an upgrade. Inconveniently placed light switches. It was a noisy area but conveniently located opposite restaurants and cafes.

The proprty was good The noise of the road construction all night ....not so good Managements refusal to cancel 2nd booking made due to app glitch....relating to having to pay twice as mucch for room....not good Especially when we arrived No Vacancy sign was on and all rooms were used. Overall....if you want return customers ...look after them and dont rip them off

Comfy bed. Clean sheets. Clean towels. Dripping tap and noisy highway road construction all night.

During my stay I couldn't sleep as the workers were working outside my window all night. There was also water stoppage one night. I wasn't happy at all.

Good basic accomadation at the right price. Close to the highway so a little noisy. Staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was nice. No secure location for key drop off, box not locked.

The Spar was to rough inside need to make it smoother because I hurt my feet there.

There was construction at night making sleep impossible
