Great place for stays in Merida! It is a bit far from most restaurants. If you stay there make sure to eat at Spanglish. It is a bit hard to find as it is within another restaurant but it was great. Also make sure to look up the Walmart. It’s close. Great for buying water.

Extremely boring property with no vibes ! Room are very basic with no decor and characters! They always vacuum the lobby at breakfast time so it was pretty annoying when you wanted to relax ! They use cleaning supplies that smell terrible when you come in ! Overall very boring !

Great place to stay in Merida, we moved to nearby Hyatt after our stay in Ibis and immediately regrated it.

This is a really well-managed hotel. The staff are universally courteous and helpful. No one working there had to look up from their phone when I approached them. The interior was immaculate. They vacuumed the hallways two or three times a day. It's on Calle 60, which is just under a mile from the center of the historic district and walkable when it's cool. I love this place.

Hotel staff was amazing and helpful, location was on point. Everything was perfect! Will definitely come back to this hotel in my future trips to Merida.

It was all good but room service the night we arrived pretty at 11 pm would have been nice since we were really tired

Average hotel, the checking was not the best one I would say, room small and clean. Overall stay 3/10.

The value for the money was excellent. Breakfast was surprisingly good, offering a wide array of Mexican options and fresh fruit. I lost a hat, we were pleased that when we returned in the evening, the staff was holding it at the desk for me. all in all an excellent value.

Outstanding option for access to Paseo Montejo north and south. Friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast.

Room was super tiny for a family of 4 we couldn’t fit our luggage open. Service was ok, when we arrived, there were only 2 towels, when we asked for 2 more for the kids, girl at the front desk told us we had to go down to reception to get them because they didn’t have room service. Not what you would expect at a hotel, they should have at least one person to fix issues like this, because it was their bad not to have room ready for us. We Didn’t feel welcome. The location is great but that’s about it.
