I’ve never stayed in a hotel where check out was at 10:00 so when they called me at 10:15 I was super angry because check out there was at 10:00 and I hadn’t read the rules and prepared myself to 12:00, however Gregory at the reception not only kindly calmed me down and extended the time so I could organize myself, but this is just a reflection of the entire stay where we found friendly professionals dedicated to making your experience a great one, better as possible.

Shocking service from the front desk from arrival to departure. It’s a real shame as they have clearly refurbished the place recently and it’s a great location from the slopes but most of the staff could not be more unhelpful and unfriendly. The rooms are TINY and the toilet stank of drains. Will not be returning. Lovely chef though, bless him he should go work somewhere else.

INADMISSIBLE ,HONTEUX L’hotel a annulé ma réservation ,qui était payée depuis début février , quelques jours avant le mariage de ma fille et de mon gendre pour lesquels une chambre pour leur nuit de noces était réservée J’ai été prévenue par mail !! Aucune solution de relogement, aucune aide pour faire face à ce problème,aucun geste commercial , simplement l’hôtel ferme plus tôt que prévu

Our room was spacious and with very comfortable bed. The staff were really helpful and kind, going beyond what was expected. It was easy to make a healthy and tasty choice with the buffet type breakfast and we also liked the communal sitting area with newspapers and freely available coffee and tea

Excellent hotel in the centre of Meribel right next to the main ski lifts & right by shops & restaurants. Had a lovely stay. Rooms clean and modern. Staff super helpful & friendly. Sauna and hot tub a great addition!

This is a lovely little 4 star hotel. The entrance isn't grand but the welcome is very warm and, unlike many hotels in Meribel, you feel that it is a family run hotel. Breakfasts are excellent, as was the dinner that we ate there too at their restaurant Le Marius. The staff were super friendly and special thanks to Karine, Charmaine, Olga and Fabian in reception for putting up with all of us! The rooms are nicely decorated and the beds very comfortable. There is a ski hire shop Prosneige in the building so no hassle with skis. It is a very short walk from the ski room to the Chaudanne ski lifts. The fantastic location also means that you have plenty of good restaurants and bars close by in the evenings. The outdoor pool was unfortunately not open for our use due to a ruling by the Mairie during Covid, but once this has changed, I am sure that a dip in the heated pool will be great fun after a day of skiing. Highly recommended for a down to earth an good value stay in the heart of Meribel. We stayed as a large group at Le Tremplin for 3 nights in March 2022.

We stayed here in Feb 22 The hotel interior design is awesome. It is spotlessly clean, great location, a quiet good nights rest, lovely breakfast with a very attentive hostess. Service is excellent from everyone, the manager had been very supportive prior to our trip too. Highly recommended

Good location for the slopes, Spa is a nice touch. Breakfast was okay We wasn't allowed in the pool No shower in the bathroom Customer service was great 10% ski hire Balcony was good and big Not the best beds

If you are looking for a short walking distance to the cable car, this is one of the options. Personnel is very polite and willing to assist you in any matter. which is very important. Internet is working bad. Actually is not working at all. Quality of the sleep is on medium level. Hotel have a spa, without pool. Spa zone is not maintained al all, rarely you can find a towel. Breakfast is fine for a 4 star hotel. Little problem with the hotel access , especially when you are coming by car. A paid parking is available.
