Hotel Morgana

Here the summary of our poor experience: - we booked a double room through *********** from Saturday 3.6. until Sunday 4.6. - the room is available as follow: check-in from 4PM (!) and check-out at 10 AM (!) - arrived at 11 AM as of Saturday 3.6., we asked to leave our luggage at the hotel before our checking’ time. According to the hotel’s employee we could leave our luggage unattended at the reception, however no separate room (locked) available for luggage. - we arrived back at Morgana Hotel at 4PM (!) for the check-in, but surprisingly the HOTEL CANCELLED our booking through ***********. We did not ask to cancel our booking, but the Hotel Morgana decided to put ourselves out of the hotel! - I contacted the hotel by phone and by email to understand the reasons, unfortunately NO explanation provided! The hotel was not in overbooking and rooms were still available on ***********! The hotel decided that they did not want us as guests! No explanations provided. Is it not a discrimination in Switzerland to refuse clients? I travel a lot for work purposes and I spent 3 months every year in hotels in Switzerland and abroad, but I never had such a poor treatment. The hotel is clearly not interested to work with clients. My strong suggestion is to stay away and prefers other hotels nearby. Stay away.

This is the first time I am not satisfied with a hotel that I have booked from H**********.Hotel personnell was not polite, especially the lady working at breakfast service is so rude. She is aggressive and shouting to guests. There was no kettle in the room. I have requested to fill my thermos with hot water , lady was rude to me. My observation is , her behavior was rude to all guests. Of course I will never stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was clean and the room was decent. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with almost non existent pillows as they were so thin and the cover for the bed was for a single person. Worst night sleep of our lives.... The woman who 'served' us breakfast was so unfriendly and even rolled her eyes and sighed at me when I asked for a second cup of coffee after I finally found her round the reception area and not in the breakfast area. The breakfast was adequate. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and certainly would never stay there again.

Staff Behaviour. I had something to say about the amount of money the property desired as a guarantee. It was not evident in the booking documents, and the property will give me back the amount in thirty days. Instead of explaining the details and clearing the matter, the staff became rude. This was so unpleasant. Service was sufficient Facilities ok and clearness ok. Acceptable Breakfast Goof location

We had booked a room for 1 night while on our trip to Italy. We indicated in the booking form that we would arrive late. When we arrived at 22h30, the reception was closed, with an information on the door to call a number in case no one would be here. We tried to call more than 10 times, no one ever picked up the phone. We had to look for another hotel after the long road, and this has been very painful. When we called the hotel on the next day, the hostess was so unrespectful, using a bad tone to speak to us and just said that we arrived too late. When we told her that we had a late arrival booking she hung up the phone !!! We were charged for a no-show, and I am still trying to get the refund. Go somewhere else if you want to be well-treated.

Hotel discreto, stanza piccola ma dall‘aspetto rinnovato e nuovo. Quello che è stato pessimo è stata la Direzione dell’hotel: avevo chiesto se la stanza fosse libera per una notte aggiuntiva e mi è stato risposto di sí e che mi avrebbero fatto la stessa tariffa. La mattina seguente, durante il checkout mi è stato comunicato dalla receptionist che aveva fatto un errore nel comunicarmi la tariffa, e molto mortificata ha provato a far di tutto per rimediare all’errore (ringrazio Sara per la sua gentilezza). Quello che secondo me è grave è la direzione della struttura che vuole ribaltare sul cliente un errore fatto da parte dello staff. Con l’hotel quasi vuoto e la stanza libera che sarebbe rimasta invenduta, trovo assurdo che venga fatto pagare al cliente un loro errore di gestione, fermo restando che non mi sarei fermato una notte aggiuntiva conoscendo il reale prezzo della stanza e avrebbero persona un cliente e una notte pagata (prezzo pagato in struttura anche più alto rispetto a tutti i portali di prenotazione online). Dopo diverse mie insistenze mi hanno concesso solo uno sconto di 13 franchi.

Personale scortese, sporco, lenzuola e cuscini usati, maleodoranti e pieni di peli. Ho chiesto il cambio ed anch'esso era pieno di peli, lenzuola e federe maltrattate come le prime. Per scusarsi hanno offerto un rimborso parziale che non è mai arrivato. Non lo consiglio affatto. Allego foto.

Rustig hotel, kamer (104) klein, te warm, en vreemde zware lucht, airco met afvoer naar emmer achter de deur. Badkamer netjes maar ook niet al te groot. Rondom pand rommelig , buitenterras heeft wel wat onderhoud nodig. Kamer al met al te duur. Ontbijt was top

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo piacevole albergo a gestione familiare , calorosa accoglienza, camere dotate di ogni comfort, per non parlare del ristorante ottima cucina e specialità fondue.
