Location was excellent. Facility was clean but tired. Safety was very good. Breakfast were only fair. Staff was as helpful as they could be with a poor command of English. It was certainly worth the the expense and we would go back.

The receptionist (Augustina) speaks very good English and is really helpful and professional. Thanks to her valuable Information, we have extended our stay by 3 days. Athough the hotel is very clean but poorly soundproofed. La recepcionista (Augustina) habla muy bien inglés y es muy servicial y profesional. Gracias a su valiosa información, hemos prolongado nuestra estadía de 3 días, aunque el hotel está muy limpio pero mal insonorizado.

After a late night flight, we checked in and realized quickly overnight that the small bed was not going to work. The room was very small and window as well. Bathroom was very small as well. For one person would be fine. Next morning the wonderful Yvonne found a king suite with patio and large window/door to make the rest of our 4 day stay more comfortable. This review would have been much different without that change. The breakfast is a carb lovers dream. Cookies, crackers, breads - at least 20 kinds. Muesli, Cereal, Milk, liquid yogurt, coffee, hot:cold milk, and fresh fruit and real scrambled eggs round out the offering. The pool is nice, sheltered but the hot tub is cool too if that is important to you. The location is excellent and we walked everywhere. Had a wonderful dinner at Magnolia and recommend highly. We also did a AirBNB experience Food Tour with Boris/Fran that was so fun! Favorite wineries were Familia Cassone - amazing Malbec, the lunch pairing at Casa Vigil was an experience, and Norton wine blending and BBQ was a perfect day. We will be coming back.

Castigo non perché sono cattivo ma perché non tollero dare soldi buoni e ricevere cibo e servizio “non buoni” Posizione strategica vicino al centro di Mendoza. Struttura vecchia che necessiterebbe di un restyling massiccio: stanze con arredi vecchi, servizi igienici molto deludenti, tv invedibile. Anche se un tre stelle sembra un due stelle ma su i sistemi di ricerca una stanza costa 60€ direi troppo… La colazione dolce è soddisfacente, la salata inesistente La piscina mal curata. Ciò che li salva è la cortesia del personale! Rapporto prezzo/qualità in effetti conveniente se ci si accontenta dei servizi offerti!

Lo mejor que tiene el hotel es su ubicación, en pleno centro de Mendoza. También es excelente y muy cálida la atención de todo el personal. Pero hay cosas por mejorar, por empezar los colchones, al menos en mi caso estaba viejo y muy deformado. Y no estaría de más disponer de un frigobar. El desayuno es regular, podría ser un poco más variado y estaría bueno que el jugo sea exprimido, no artificial. Por otro lado, ofrece servicio de transfer al aeropuerto sin cargo lo cual fue una muy grata sorpresa.

Quarto muito pequeno ! Teto baixo ,quem tem fobia sofre !!!Limpo e organizado .Porem instalações obsoletos e muito barulho nos corredores ! Café da manhã básico .Compensa pela ótima localização,acredito que valha o investimento de reforma ! Bom atendimento n

Esta bien para la relación con el precio.Muy bien ubicado y muy buena atención. Es un hotel que necesita una renovación. El desayuno es normal. Tiene estacionamiento pero es realmente pequeño, y hay que tener cuidado al entrar y al salir de el.
